Hunters View at Hunters Point slated for GENTRIFICATION by the EVIL John Stewart Company.

Thousands of innocent folks have been removed from Public Housing by Mayor Gavin Newsom, the same tyrant who hopes to run for the Governor of California.

At home in San Francisco the man has failed to serve San Franciscans. Recently, he had a fund raiser and all those that attended this fund raiser were those that seek to make money - off the backs of poor people. And guess what many of them were Developers and the likes of the John Stewart company.

Well, Hunters View once had lots of Open Space where once stood 287 units. Many of the youth I know were raised at Hunters View and many of them now live elsewhere - forced to vacate Public Housing because of the dubious ploys deployed by the San Francisco Housing Authority and those agencies that have heaped fake crimes - create a situation where they victims just give up. One of them is the Gang Injunction.

The SF Housing Authority is one of the worst agencies in the Nation. Recently after years they had to pay over $18 million to settle a case where a family died at Hunters Point - all of them as a result of fire that was an arson fire. This case made headlines and even today the SF Housing Authority has not learned much from this sordid incident.

The SF Housing Authority is trying to use a gimmick called Hope SF to encourage Property Managers such as the John Stewart Company to take control of housing units and exploit those that the company can prey upon. It is using other developers like Mercy Housing that has been exploiting innocent folks too.

The John Stewart company controls thousands of units at the Presidio of San Francisco, Treasurer Island, all over the Tenderloin, at Hunters Point with the Northridge Cooperatives and in many other places. The John Stewart Property Management is very large and employs over one thousand employees.

The John Stewart Property Management Company is famous for once operating the Geneva Towers - complete with armed guards. In the early 1990s the Geneva Towers was torn down. I remember visiting the site and leaving with disgust. People lived at the Geneva Towers in squalor and rampant with crime.

Hope SF is a gimmick that Gavin Newsom wants to use to prop himself as a politician and he will fail. The gimmick was hatched before the present Economic Crisis and this Economic crisis will bring Gavin Newsom to his knees. Gavin has not learned much from the dubious ploys of Lennar. And now want to use the John Stewart company to divide the community and pollute the area that is Hunters View - much the same as Lennar, the Rogue Developer - did.

Hunters View has Ultramaphic Serpentinite Rock that when crushed releases Asbestos structures. The same rock that Lennar demolished and bombarded the community - adversely impacting thousands. Recently a court victory will force the courts to take Lennar to task and hopefully jail the rascals for a long time. Look at the issue of polluting as Lennar did in a different light.

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District fined Lennar over $515,000. The Bay Area Air Quality Management District better demand a Dust Mitigation Plan from the John Stewart Property Management Company. Mayor Gavin Newsom who calls this City Green - better demand a Dust Mitigation Plan. The Environmental Protection Agency has been lame on this issues and better stand up and do something - before there another bomb blasts the community.

Mayor Gavin Newsom has divided the community at Hunters View. A few ignorant Black working for Communities of Opportunity are hoodwinking the community while acting as decoys for the John Stewart Company. It is a shame that Mr. John Stewart has not learned a thing from being fired by Fanny Mae. In fact he has used his old connections to get more money from Sacramento on false pretenses.

Some so called "Mothers" on the Hill - have for years been on the take and have sold out the community. It is shame when it comes to having a roof under ones head - some rude folks will deprive innocent people of their human rights. With intent put them on the streets and those that see this injustice are looking the other way.

Right now most of the folks living in Public Housing be it Potrero, Sunnydale, Hunters Point have been evicted. The SF Housing Authority has used every trick in the book to get rid of folks. Many of them are elderly and have been thrown out in the streets:
