Lennar drowning in the CESSPOOL of its own making - thousands SUE Lennar in the USA.

Lennar is a Rogue Developer that is detested all over the United States of America. Just run a google search on this Rogue Developer and you will get thousands of hits. Most of the hits - speak of corruption, building inferior homes, cheating innocent people, making false promises, in short a Rogue Developer, well know the world over of the highest caliber.

Here is San Francisco at Bayview Hunters Point - this Rogue Developer with intent continues to poison our children, our elders with chromium, lead, mercury, dangerous particulates, toxic dust, and of course Asbestos Structures. Joining the fray to support Lennar is Senator Mark Leno who should know better but has his eyes on running for Mayor of San Francisco and has Lennar filling his campaign coffers. How can anyone in their right mind support and have dealing with a Rogue Developer like Lennar?

Mark Leno should know better especially since he was shot down when he came up with his old AB 1187 the lame bill that would have created the Hunters Point Shipyard Development Authority
(HUPSDA) - much like the Treasure Island Development Authority (TIDA). Some of us shot it down and for good measure. Mark Leno failed to take the hint - but this time he will have to pay big time.

Mark Leno has not been sincere and lacks accountability and transparency in this dealing with the Bayview Hunters Point and the Parcel A debacle. In his campaign to seek any office - Stop Lennar Action Movement will oppose him in San Francisco. The only way he can ratify this is by pulling out the Senate Bill 760 - a bill that would give Rogue Developers like Lennar untold opportunities to abuse the land, use Land Banking, cheat and bluff thousands of innocent constituents.

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - Parcel B, C, D, D1, E, E2, G, F, and others being created as we speak by the DUBIOUS United States Navy must be cleaned to residential standards. This was mandated by Proposition P in the year 2000. Over eighty seven percent of the constituent of San Francisco voted on this propositon. One must remember all of the above parcels still come under the U.S. Navy. So, even before the Navy has mitigated the site - some crooked and corrupt politicians want to join the fray to prepare the way for development of housing and Open Space.
One must always remember Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a Superfund Site and that it was the first place where Depleted Uranium was tested.

Mark Leno quotes Proposition G which has language that does not do justice with words like "may", "if", "may be" written in vague form to cheat and fulfill the ambition of greedy folks like Senator Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newsom, and of course now joining the cheaters - Senator Mark Leno.

We know that Diane Feinstein is a LIAR, and so is Nancy Pelosi, we know Gavin Newsom is a LIAR and now joining the fray - Mark Leno. The least Mark Leno could have done is come to San Francisco and have one single meeting on this dubious bill SB 760 full of ploys and machinations that favor the use of wet lands and creating Public Trust Land to give more authority and lee way to Lennar and other such Rogue Developers.

No where in the BILL is there mention of radiological elements? The responsibility of the United States Navy to clean and mitigate the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard rests entirely with the Navy - who have over the years polluted the entire Shipyard. Depleted Uranium was first tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

At the first committee hearing heard at the Senate Land and Water Resources Board no history what so ever was given about the toxicity of Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The California Senators on this committee of sorts, most corrupt had made up their minds. Now, if Mark Leno wants to play this game - he can, and he will be in deep trouble. Mark Leno has never held one single meeting in the Bayview Hunters Point and the reason is simple - he is out of touch with reality.

He feels comfortable in the Castro and other such places where he can use his queer connections. In the Senate he has used most of this time and energy fighting a losing battle. Recently, Proposition 8 spent over $40 million and lost. Proposition 8 lost because of poor leadership and campaign managers that did not use the money wisely. I would suggest Mark Leno first work with the authors to Proposition 8 and stop trampling on the toes of the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point and the Superfund Issue linked to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard:

Recently Assembly persons Tom Ammiano, Fiona Ma and Senator Leland Yee signed a letter requesting the United States Navy remove the 1.5 million tons of toxic dirt - most of it radiological in nurture from the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The only person who represents San Francisco and who did not sign it - was Senator Mark Leno. Why? The man want to fill his campaign coffers and he wants to do it by aligning himself with a Rogue Developer like Lennar.

Mark Leno you are not Harvey Milk and you are not Harry Britt - you may choose to run for Mayor of San Francisco but your sordid history on accountability and transparency will shadow you. If you do not change your ways - many of us will do whatever it takes to hold you accountable. This is what happens when one in good faith promises to stand by old friends and then money comes in the way and destroys friendship and good will. Mark Leno you have brought this upon yourself.

The whole area - Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Candlestick Point is prone to liquefaction and flooding. In the 1989 Earthquake large chunks of Earth fell into the Bay. No mention was made of the present condition. The way business is conducted in Sacramento is that behind close doors decision are made. Money is exchanged and favors offered. The California Senate Land and Resources committee should be ashamed of themselves - corrupt to the very core. I know that because that it was I witnessed first hand. A bunch of scum bags of the highest order - no wonder the California voters turned against them in the recent Special Elections. A few crooked ones bring the down fall of the other good California Assembly persons and California Senators.

Recently the votes of California saw that some of these scumbags in the future will have their salaries reduced. The voters felt so because of folks like Mark Leno that have not taken the time to represent the people but to fill his own coffers. He once studied to be a Rabbi and should know better - but in recent years he has thrown his moral values to the hogs.

It is time California Assembly persons and California Senators fully comprehend that California Governors sent edicts to kill the First People - Native American from California. The land belonged to them for thousands of years. The land was stolen and women raped. Children, women, and men killed and their land stolen. California Governors and the California Capitol has blood on all those edicts, laws, and other actions that did INJUSTCE to the First People. Not for a moment should all those that say they represent - forget about this injustice. Not for a second.

In 1991 the Muwekma Ohlone exercised their Right of First Refusal on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. That right has to be recognized. The Muwekma Ohlone were not informed by Mark Leno about his sordid Senate Bill 760 that will bring his downfall.

The land all of it in California belongs to the First People and was stolen by the strangers in San Francisco. Here, in San Francisco it belongs to the Muwekma Ohlone. The committee members on the Land and Water Resources committee had NO clue about the Muwekma Ohlone and less about their history. This was NOT told to them by the inept, ignorant, and very arrogant Mark Leno whose downfall is imminent:

The Senate Bill 760 is a fake bill that will bring severe consequences and untold misery. As and when the Big One strikes before 2012 - if the radiological elements are not removed and the entire Shipyard cleaned - thousands will die all over San Francisco. No one can STOP radiological elements from spreading. The filthy rich living in around Pacific Heights an Nob Hill will suffer - it all depends on the wind. So, will those living at the Presidio of San Francisco and Bernal Heights. No one will be spared including those living in the Castro.

The least any Representative can do is be honest and reveal the deliberations to the constituents he or she represents. In this case nothing what so ever of this nature was done. Mark Leno will have to pay for this misdeed. He listens to Michael Cohen, Gavin Newsom, Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi - knows little about the Murtha connection and less still in his ignorance about the First People of San Francisco whose land San Francisco is - the Muwekma Ohlone.
