If you think your going to get a murder conviction here then you are sorely mistaken. I see the need to be responsible for the death of another, but this case is not murder. Your trumping this up to be murder, and your typical activist mentality is going to cause a lot of problems for the bay area once this man is not convicted of murder. Let me guess, your gonna riot, tear down your own neighborhoods...for what...because you want a murder conviction where one certainly doesn't exist.

I understand not all police do the right thing, but I think its less than 1% that you are complaining about. So, how about you take some time and preach to the people who will listen, that they shouldn't argue, fight, challenge the police. See how much less of a problem the police are when you stop challenging them when YOU are doing something wrong... Just try it, I dare you.
