The Art of Comfort & Joy: A Tribute to End-of-Life Care Providers

Join Compassion & Choices of Northern California for a free meeting recognizing the contributions of comfort care providers, and an opportunity for the public to learn about care options and speak individually with end-of-life providers. This event will feature a performance by the Threshold Choir, nationally known for their singing at the bedside of the terminally-ill. Several end-of-life care providers will be present, including a social worker, harpist, grief counselor, poet, hospice representative, and massage therapist.
