Two days ago we saw Mark Leno try to fast track by passing some fake wet-land and tidal land bil in Sacramento - that would aid the crooks that desire a "land grab" and fake exchange of land in and around Hunters Point in the Bayview in San Francisco. Then - boom - just like that the United States Navy is on the verge of declaring Record of Decisions on a couple of Parcels to fast track the conveyance - and cater to the EVIL desires of the City and County of San Francisco and the Pacific Heights Mafia. Right now the Stadium and the building of 10.500 homes in the middle of Chernobyl is important to the crooks - NOT the welfare of the community.
The United States Navy should be ashamed of themselves.
Since 1939 all through this time when the most toxic radiological experiments were conducted in the name of the Nation and the War efforts - the land that is Hunters Point Naval Shipyard was and in being polluted.
Depleted Uranium was tested at Hunters Point.
Other atomic experiments were conducted all over the over 900 acres plus land.
The National Defense Atomic Laboratory was first established at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Some of the most dangerous radiological experiments were conducted at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
The Final Historical Radiological Assessment Report - a thick document created by the United States Navy that can be viewed at the Public Library at 3rd and Revere, the Main Library at Grove Street in San Francisco by the Public - reveals shocking empirical data.
Most San Franciscans have no clue - and Mayor Gavin Newsom is playing with fire. Hunters Point Naval Shipyard will bring his downfall.
It is a shame that the Supervisor from District 10 is not cognizant of the radiological facts. It is a shame that not all of the SF Supervisors - really care about the people of Bayview Hunters Point and the especially the children and the elders.
The Pacific Heights Mafia - the same people that want to control "land" - will do all in their power to wipe out whatever "targeted population" to make room for their - ilk.
Gentrification has been fast tracked and is moving faster still with Sell Outs - like Aurelious Walker, Sophie Maxwell, Willie B. Kennedy, Doris Vincent, Gary Banks, Angelo King, Veronica Hunnicutt, Calvin Jones, Amos Brown, and a host of others - very naive and very ignorant - folks.
At the many meeting you do not see the diversity of Bayview Hunters Point and Candlestick Point reflected at the meetings. What you do see are the sell outs - mostly ignorant and mostly Black. All of some payroll - selling the community in broad - day light.
Most of them very ignorant and most of all - not educated on issues. They do talk the talk - but they cannot walk the walk. Most lack a moral compass - and most will do anything for - money.
Look for the Samoans and you do not see them at the various meetings where is the out reach?
Look for the Latinos and you do not see them.
Look for the Native Americans and you do not see them - at the meetings.
Look for the Asians and do not see them.
Look for the decent Whites and do you not see them. Look for the decent Blacks and do not see them - at the various - public meetings.
What you do see at the meetings are the Black sell outs and the White consultants and those that work for the City and County of San Francisco and the S.F. Redevelopment agency. All well paid to do the dirty work - of the Pacific Heights Mafia.
Now, if anyone speaks the TRUTH - you are branded a "rebel" - well, Jesus Christ was a "rebel" too. Many of the prophets were rebels and laid down their lives.
The sell outs - and I have named them before - will sell their mothers for a penny if not for the stale bread crumbs that are thrown on the floor and trampled by - everyone.
In the interim our children and elders are dying. There are only a few that are really fighting for the community. And that too in the last three years - before that a couple of ardent warriors - and their track record - has stood the test of time - and is now bearing - fruit.
The most despicable person is the one that sell out his or her community and in the Bayview we have too many of them.
Most of them on payroll - that we hear from the grape vine - is shrinking - the blood pool is drying - and the Lennar vermin and other such entities full of deceit - are mostly drowning in the "cesspool" that they have - created.
The United States Navy under the cloud of "secrecy" owes the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point an explanation. But, as hard as we the people - demand accountability and transparency - all we get is "fluff" and the run around.
Just imagine the audacity of the United States Navy trying to present - four presentations linked to four different sites - explain some highly technical abatement and mitigation processes - and having the audacity to give the constituents - attending the meeting - just two minutes - for public comment.
This type of nonsense must STOP and the U.S. NAVY high command - must do something about this utter disrespect for the community.
At times in giving the presentation the United States representatives - themselves were confused, confounded, and fumbling for words.
One NAVY representative could not speak proper English and another - tried to paint a rosy picture - not knowing well - perhaps that those paying attention - knew more about history then she did.
The history of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard has not been a good one. In all the years the United States Navy operated at Hunters Point - thousands of innocent workers died. Many died of cancer and other very painful - diseases. Many of them were not compensated.
Many families suffer today - as a result of the United States Navy and their nefarious activities - tempting innocent people to work - and robbing them of their precious - lives.
In fact - let me be bold to say - many of the workers working on the Shipyard at Hunters Point - with intent - were put in harms way.
Many of the workers - worked long hours - and most of them were not given safety gear to address the pollution and the hazardous materials they worked with. These workers were put in harms way - and now the United States - thinks these measly - drab presentations - will pacify the populace.
The four presentation were a JOKE. I know what I am talking about - having worked for years on mitigation and abatement projects all linked with the Department of Defense - war operations - in the Bay Area.
Now, the United States must stop having that FACILITATOR - Pandergrass again making a fool of herself.
I heard her mention the Mustang Ranch - a Ranch where prostitutes make a living - at the start of the meeting. What type of nonsense is this - encouraged by the United States Navy at a Public Community meeting?
We have decent people - children and women - and this woman a sell out - panders to the Navy and other entities to make a living - and is doing so - is bold enough to talk about the Mustang Ranch at a Public Meeting - having no sense of morality - less decorum.
The United States Navy better look into this Facilitator that is a disgrace to the community - and really moved into the Byview just a couple of years ago - and works against the COMMUNITY and reports to Sophie Maxwell and other dubious - entities.
With the ill will, hostility, treating the people like morons - the United States Navy does not expect the community to comment of their poor, rushed, drab, disinformation - lacking the least about of credibility and authenticity?
Call for another meeting - where just one of two presentations are given.
Also, where those educated on issues - can discuss liquefaction and flooding as it pertain to the entire - Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
The Watershed - as it pertains to the entire Shipyard.
Cumulative pollution as it pertains to the entire Shipyard.
Standards of clean up as it pertains to the entire Shipyard.
The University of California Labs on Palou Street inside the Shipyard and what are they doing there and when does their agreement end?
The Redevelopment leasing buildings when most of the Shipyard is not cleaned - adversely impacting businesses and artists that are foolish enough to live and work on the very polluted, radiological bombarding Shipyard.
The Asbestos Structures that are flying all over the place and move where the wind moves.
The rumbling of trucks - many operations conducted at night and in a dubious manner - moving very toxic material.
The uncovered toxic material all over the Hunters Point Shipyard.
The many health and safety regulations that are not adhered to by the Untied States Navy.
Do not try to fool us with the little information and NO concrete empirical data - that is NOT available to the public - linked to treating the worst polluted areas - with iron!
The very little information available of the manifests - that will reveal the "contents" - and where these very harmful toxic dirt and other elements - have been shipped, trucked - to?
Then that final question that hovers around the heads of those that supposedly know what they are doing - Parcel E2 and the most toxic parcel and one that most experts say - the Untied States Navy - does not have ability to address - less act on.
You open that parcel and you the Navy will be bombarded - perhaps getting a dose of your own medication.
You the Navy cannot fool all the people all the time.
Your drab presenters - can convince themselves that they are doing themselves a favor - but, they are in no way impacting the public at large - with their DISINFORMATION.
