CA Fran Pavley Chair of Natural Resources and Water panders to crooks out for a LAND grab.

Fran Pavely and her cohorts Dave Gogdill, John Benoit, Dennis Hollingsworth, Bob Huff, Christine Kehoe, Mark Leno, Alex Padilla, s. Joseph Simitian, Patricia Wiggins, and Lois Wolk - all belong to a very corrupt and crooked Natural Resources and Water committee in Sacramento.

These corrupt and uneducated legislators - have the ear of those that lobby but each and every time they try to adjudicate - these evil folks - do not RESPECT the common woman, child, and man - that they are supposed to represent.

These good for nothing legislators will pretend to hear issues like groundwater, Delta smelt, Water use, Endangered species, Public Resources, Game Hunting, Flood Control, Water diversion, Commercial and Salmon fishing, and so on.

We were there to witness the deliberation linked to Tidelands and submerged lands: City and County of San Francisco: Candlestick Point and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

A Senate Bill introduced by Mark Leno - SB 792 that did not have one single meaningful meeting in the community affected that is Bayview Hunters Point and Visitation Valley.

That favor the deliberation of Proposition G and fails to adhere to the mandates of Proposition P passed by over 87 percent of the constituents of San Francisco.

Fails to adhere to the Precautionary Principle. Most of all fails to abide by fairness and justice.

Years before Mark Leno introduced a bill call Hunters Point Shipyard Development Authority - much like the Treasure Island Development Authority (TIDA) to bluff the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point and favor a Rogue Developer like Lennar - and some very corrupt politicians.

Now, after years he chooses to lead SB 792 - but this time he will have to deal with the wrath of God. The last time God was with me - when I shot down AB 1187 - with little effort.

I say God because this man once chose to learn to become a Rabbi - so he knows - what I speak of. You cannot serve God and mammon at the same time - and if you know - you must deal with the TRUTH. Never mind if you are a lousy - legislator.

This time God will destroy the land - and the millions of toxic mostly radiological dirt - will adversely impact millions.

We appeared before the Natural Resources and Water committee - a bunch of ignorant legislators that first do not understand transparency and accountability. The whole process favors those that are corrupt and lobby.

Before these dubious hearing - there is much arm twisting and exchange of money. Greed is written all over the place - and the cold, mundane manner in which these evil deliberations take place - can make any decent person - puke.

There was this high and mighty Fran Pavley refusing to hear the pleas of the First People of San Francisco - the Muwekma Ohone.

For thousands of years the land belonged to the Muwekma Ohlone. Until 1927 the Muwekma Ohlone were Federally Recognized and then illegally removed from the Federal Register by the Bureau of Indian Affairs and one L.A. Dorrington.

In 1991 the Muwekma Ohlone exercised their Right of First Refusal over Hunters Point and the neighboring areas.

This Senate Bill led by Mark Leno is a ploy to grab the land and take control of a huge area to favor a Rogue Developer called Lennar.

Why would anyone think of having a park over E2 on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - which is very toxic parcel and contains the most harmful radiological elements. Think of E2 as a Open Space and Park and make comparisons with Crissy Field and the Presidio of San Francisco?

Michael Cohen should be ashamed of himself - I have been telling him to do the right thing. But, this time - I heard him lie. Surely, the United States Navy still has control of the land and must remove the over 1.5 million tons of very toxic soil.

The United States Navy tested Depleted Uranium, conducted radiological tests, polluted the land by burying radiated animals in the thousands - what else must be said - to convince the ignorant.

Three legislators representing the San Francisco area - Tom Ammiano, Fiona Ma, and Leland Yee have signed a letter that I presented to the dubious Natural Resources and Water Committee. These three worthy and enlightened legislators - demand the mitigation and abatement of the over 1.5 million tons of toxic dirt - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Well, this Natural Resources and Water Committee if it is worth anything - should at least read the contents of the letter before adjudicating. But, what is paramount listen to the real owners of the land - from whom it was all stolen by thieves - the Muwekma Ohlone.

Sacramento - is the place where edicts went out from Governors and evil legislators to go kill the First People. For a measly five dollar - evil strangers much the same as sit on the Natural Resources and Water committee and their ancestors - did crime - and have blood on their hands.

To this evil Natural Resources and Water committee led by Fran Pavley I say - you have not seen the end of this episode - no legislation need come your way to be passed by mere mortals - your ways will be mended by God and your arrogance will bring your steep - downfall.

You can have all the money you want - but you will never, ever have peace of mind.

The proceeding yesterday in Room 12 in Sacramento - was a circus. Lennar bused the Blacks the many sell outs from Bayview all the way to Sacramento - led by the Prime Poverty Pimp (PPPP) Pastor Aurelious Walker of Good Hope.

Mark Leno called him an ICON - the man is a PEON.

He will do anything for money and he claims he is a pastor - more a PPPP.

The Sierra Club opposed Senate Bill 792 but favored the amendments. It is such lackeys that destroy the little decency that is left - in the environmental world.

The Sierra Club did NOT have much to say about the toxic and radiological dirt - not a world about the adverse impacts to all living beings. Not a word about the Precautionary Principle - less quality environmental - issues.

In the first round the Chair Fran Pavley tried to take me on. No one in the Right Mind takes me on - when I represent the Muwekma Ohone.

I demanded to speak on behalf of the First People and be given the exact same time as the others that spoke. Fran Pavley refused - so I refused to speak and went and sat down.

The minute I sat down - I felt so good as I never, ever felt in my life. I saw the power of the First People fill my heart and my body. I felt so light - as if I was in some - unique place.

Then suddenly I heard my name - and I really did not care. A woman sitting next to me - prodded me to go and speak - looking at me and saying again and again - that I was called to speak.

I really did not want to speak - but some how I made it to the Chair. Once I sat down - the appearance of those before me was totally different. They decided to take a vote and unanimously voted that I should speak - after everyone had spoken.

This time Mark Leno himself had requested that I speak. Why, I do not know - but the truth be told - Mark Leno - requested of the Natural Resources and Water Committee and the dubious Fran Pavley - that I should speak.

The rest is history - I spoke and with great fortitude. I stopped on my own accord. I know that what I said was the truth - and that the Committee saw for the first time - when the TRUTH is spoken - most, everything else - fades away.

God made this happen - and I was pleased.

No good ever will come at Hunters Point. Lennar the Rogue Developer will fail - miserably.

This City and County of San Francisco will come to its knees because of Lennar.

The sell outs that have blood on their hands and those that vouched for the developer yesterday - will all be judged by God. You cannot continue lying - and fight the truth.

I will be meeting Fran Pavley and when this day comes - this evil woman will see the light of day.
