The Frente de Mexicanos en el Exterior (FME) and the Union Cívica Primero de Mayo and The Labor Council for Latin American Advancement AFL-CIO -- labor activist and community groups that were among the first to protest the tragic death in Lodi, California, of farmworker Maria Isabel Vasquez Jimenez, an undocumented 17-year-old girl from the state of Oaxaca who was pregnant at the time of her death -- will issue a public statement regarding the announcement on April 23 by the San Joaquin County District Attorney that involuntary manslaughter charges have been brought against three Merced Farm labor contractors:

El Frente de Mexicanos en el Exterior (FME) y la Union Cívica Primero de Mayo y el Councilio Laboral Latino AFL-CIO y otra s organizaciones de la comunidad,que fueron las primeras organizaciones en protestar la muerte de Maria Isabel Vasquez Jimenez, una mujer joven de 17 anos de edad que estaba embarazada al momento de su fallcemiento,daremos u n 'Pronunciamiento" sobre El Fiscal de Distrito del condado de San Joaquín que interpuso cargos de homicidio involuntario y diversas violaciones laborales contra tres contratistas por la muerte de una campesina mexicana ocurrida hace casi un año. la decicion de el precurador del condado de San Joaquin de ver anunciado el jucio de por violaciones a leyes laborales del estado, entre ellas la falta de entrenamiento contra la insolación, así como el atraso registrado en reportar la muerte de la joven a las autoridades.
