Agenda ...so far.
*Participating organizations’ activities

*May 19, 2009 Special Election

*UN Durban 2 Review Conference in Geneva report-back by Vickie Sawidi, Secretary of Meiklejohn Civil Liberties Institute board.

*Follow up re authors of torture memos, e.g. John Yoo and others

* Ideas for bringing Physicians for Social Responsibilities' presentation by Dr. Gould at a previous meeting, to a larger audience. The evidence indicating the destructive nature of atomic energy, over which it is clear hu/man has no control regardless people can make bombs and electric power out of it, was examined. Since there is among us some support to extend supplying nuclear powered electricity, Common Agenda wants to offer the presentation to expanding audiences.

Please consider including yourself/your organization. We self-appoint to bring together broader representation, to represent organizations with which we organize, and which we support.

You can add to the agenda by responding to me, or by calling Betty at 510-524-6071, or by coming to the meeting.
