Senator Mark Leno - California State Senator HOODWINKS Bayview Hunters Point constituents.
State of California - Senator Mark Leno has NOT had one single meeting in the community linked to Tidelands and Public Lands - or for that matter any one single issue of importance - ever - in the Bayview Hunters Point. The man has NOT helped us with Safety Issues, Education, Health, Housing - nothing. Some years ago he tried to hoodwink the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point introducing AB1187 - some of us went to Sacramento and SHOT it down. Now, in broad daylight - he wants to cheat, steal, rob us of our dignity. The man must understand - that only jerks hit below the belt. The hearing on April 28, 2009 - will be met with great - numbers.
Senator Mark Leno will NOT succeed anywhere if he tries his ploys and machinations - by using deceit and other EVIL ploys to cater to Big Developers and other dubious entities that stink to high heaven.
For all practical purposes Senator Mark Leno is a Big Failure in Sacramento.
Some years ago - then Assembly Member Mark Leno tried to use the same tactics employed at Treasure Island. Treasure Island has the Treasure Island Development Authority (TIDA) - that has so far there is nothing much to show at Treasure Island and TIDA.
The plan at Treasure Island - is to build tall buildings on this man made island - that is sinking and with Global Warming taking space rapidly - not only prone to liquefaction but very serious flooding.
I say before 2012 - the tides will play havoc and those that desire to develop this man made island without first cleaning the toxic waste - will see havoc. Be prudent - by not building tall and dense buildings, and finally learn to respect - Mother Earth.
If these requirements are NOT fulfilled Mark Leno and other entities like the Rogue Developer LENNAR - will see that their days numbered. More, they will have BLOOD on their hands.
Now, Senator Mark Leno who has NOT served the Bayview Hunters Point - and only works where he can make money - with corrupt entities - has been trying to hoodwink the Bayview Hunters Point and the constituents of San Francisco - will an EVIL Senate Bill 792 - WITHOUT any meaningful dialogue.
This is a crime - crying to heaven for justice. Senator Mark Leno is trying to wrest the tidal lands - acres of land linked to Hunters Point some 760 acres plus and land linked to Candlestick Point some 300 acres plus - and create much the same idea he had some years ago with AB1187.
At that time he wanted to create the Hunters Point Shipyard Development Authority (HUPSDA).
Only this time he has the backing of evil politicians - Mayor Gavin Newsom, Senator Diane Feinstein, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, District 10 Supervisor - the dumb, inept, ignorant, and very arrogant Sophina Maxwell, and the other sell outs - that have harmed our children, our elders, and others - with their dubious ploys.
Senate Bill 792 is EVIL and will be heard on April 28,2009. And believe you me - we will be there and we will fight this - Senate Bill 792 tooth and nail:

Senator Mark Leno should stick to encouraging folks to favor his life ambition trying to be another Harvey Milk - which he is not.
He is a student of Theology and worked to be a Rabbi - and so should understand the hand of God - is heavy when with deceit in your heart - you try to cause harm to innocent people.
Evil legislators think that they can fool all the people - all the time. Well, history has NOT been kind to these evil legislators.
Big Developers and Property Managers the likes of Lennar and the John Stewart Company expand thousands if not millions of dollars - trying to prepare a way - so that they can use land and make millions. Never mind about process - and for sure never mind - about being fair.
We know this. But this time God has brought the Economy to its knees.
Home prices are falling, and thousands of homes are boarded up - what is more millions in this Nation are starving - and there are no jobs to go around.
Greedy evil entities like Goldman Sacks, Leahman Brothers - unregulated financial entities - have stolen money. Created sub-prime loans, hedge funds, and other evil fiscal machinations to ruin the lives of millions. Mostly hurting are our Senior Citizens and those that have limited income.
Senator Mark Leno belongs to this category and knows well that he cannot smile at one's face and play evil games - without restitution. There is a God and this man will not acknowledge Him - though God once tried His best to reform this character.

The land was stolen. The Muwekma Ohlone were Federally Recognized until 1927 and then illegally removed from the Federal Register. This case is before the highest court and an adjudication is due - soon.
Senator Mark Leno knows me well - and though I have been good to him - he has with INTENT now tried to challenge me the second - time.
The first time - I had to go to Sacramento and shoot down Assembly Bill 1187. He was sitting next to me and witnessed what I had to say. This time I will repeat it - and not be kind to this scum bag.
This time God will do it for me - I do not want really to have anything to do with a scum bag.
Senator Mark Leno should know why I call him a scum bag - I can tell that to him to his dirty face.
The Bayview Hunters Point community has suffered and lot - and now we have a scum bag trying to work for the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency - to transfer tidal lands that belong to the First People and other land that was stolen from the Muwekma Ohone - and create - utter confusion.
NO GOOD WILL EVER COME FROM ANY PROJECT AT HUNTERS POINT.
Once there were two hills. The hills contained the remains of the Ohlone. The landfill that has created ninety percent of Hunters Point Naval Shipyard contains the remains of the Muwekma Ohlone. I represent them on Base Closure matters and infrastructure. I know what I am talking about.
You cannot desecrate the land - and then think you can steal it and then build on it - to make money. This will not work - in the eyes of God.
Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is prone to liquefaction and flooding. More is it is contaminated with Radiological Elements.
Senator Mark Leno wants to cap the land - and use it - comparing it to Crissy Field which it is NOT.
I am requesting sane California Senators, Assembly Members - to review this EVIL bill and have nothing to do with it.
I am especially requesting Assembly Members Fiona Ma and Tom Ammiano to do the right thing.
