Earth Day and the poisoning of our children in the Bayview Hunters Point in San Francisco.
Earth Day will be celebrated all over California. In San Francisco thousands of innocent constituents mostly children and elders have been poisoned for years - NOT one major Environmental Organization in San Francisco has spoken out in defiance. Environmentalists are experts that should address the totality of what makes the Environment - the air, the water, the land, the forests, mountains, hills, creeks, the river - you get the point. so, where are the true Environmentalists?
In San Francisco we have so called Environmentalists that choose and pick the issues that come before them. Most of the so called Environmentalists - that get grants and wheel and deal with the politicians - will steer away from the TRUTH. In essence they are NOT worth calling themselves - Environmentalists.
Well, a good Environmentalist having studied the empirical data must speak out if the conditions adversely impact any living beings - and that includes human beings. In speaking the TRUTH one makes enemies - but as the saying goes the TRUTH - hurts.
This issue - linked to adverse impacts - has been laid out in the Precautionary Principle that this City and County of San Francisco expounds but does little about. It is an Ordinance or law in our City's books - but, the City choose to talk about it - but other then that does little to enforce the Precautionary Principle.
On Earth Day you will have goofballs gathering together and talking about this and that - while all the year round - innocent children and elders and slowing being poisoned - in San Francisco.
In the Bayview Hunters Point that is part of San Francisco we have NOT had one single large Environmental Organization speak out against Lennar, a Rogue Developer.
We have heard murmurings from some small so called Environmental Organizations - I call them sell outs - because they take money from the City and are beholden to the crooks that run San Francisco and mostly those that work from Room 200 at City Hall in San Francisco. These vermin compromise standards and pander to very corrupt politicians like Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, and Gavin Newsom.
It is a known fact that when large scale grading of Serpentine Rock is done - if crushed it releases large amount of Asbestos Structures. While there are strict regulations about how Asbestos is monitored in-door - there is lack of Standard Operational Procedures out doors.
To make matters worse - the Serpentine Rock that adversely impacts when crushed and has killed millions all over the world - is California's State Rock. Go figure!
When it was first discovered that the Asbestos Structures could make a sound compound - millions of pounds were used in the shipping industry, in the construction industry, and in other products. Over the years - the medical industry came to a conclusion that Asbestos triggered harmful affects - mostly affecting the lungs and causing painful - death.
In the Bayview Hunters Point we have a Rock that is very dense - and named Ultramaphic Serpentine Rock. As I said when this rock is crushed it - releases millions of structures if inhaled - can cause cancer over the long run that eventually kills you - but you die a miserable death with tons of suffering.
The only way to contain the Asbestos structures in by pouring millions of gallons of water. In the case of Parcel A at Hunters Point - this was not done. As a result today thousands of innocent people are suffering - with NOT a sound from the so called Environmentalists that know about it - but, prefer to maintain their deaf silence.
Some Environmentalists back the SF Health Department. And Dr. Rajiv Bhatia from the SF Health Department and the Environmental Section - knows a lot of what is happening - but does not want to address the TRUTH. This is a crime - crying to heaven for justice.
San Francisco is a Racist City and has been for the longest time ever.
Fake environmentalists will gather to have breakfast on Earth Day and talk about this, that, and the other. While all the time knowing that innocent children and elders are dying - because they people of color - nothing is done about it.
Then on Earth Day these vermin will talk about sustainable issues and the Carbon Footprint, about particulates, pollution in general - and the many ills that they can do little about.
At Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and the neighboring areas - mostly landfill - thousands of tons of Methane Gas is spewed in the air. Most of it naturally occurring. A conservative estimate put this amount around 80 tons. One ton of Methane Gas equal 22 tons of Carbon Dioxide.
This City saw nothing wrong encouraging Pacific Gas and Electric for years to buy credit from other areas - to operated the now deactivated Hunters Point Power Plant - and pollute thousands of innocent people.
While all the time Green Action, Literacy for Environmental Justice, Bayview Hunters Point Advocates, Young Community Developers, SF Power and one Steve Moss and others I can name but will not name - got grants and did nothing about the situation.
These are the sell outs that will pretend they are for the community - while all the while - stuffing their mouths and pockets with blood money.
This racist City has used mostly Blacks to sell out the community and this continues to this very day and on the Bayview Hunters Point - Project Area Committee.
Most of the folks that sit on the Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee - follow the dictates of the very corrupt Mayor Gavin Newsom and his cronies.
There is no representation from the Samoan community, no representation from the Asian community, no representation from the Native American community, no representation from the Latino community - need I say more - on the BVHP Project Area Committee.
Do not tell me that only corrupt Blacks that are dwindling by the day - are the only ones that can represent the community. And when some attempt is made to offer help by one who is fair minded - like Archbishop Franzo King - the devils gather and in unison vote NO - and thus reveal their true colors!

History repeats itself - but only those that are vigilant and righteous can observe the TRUTH.
A City Department that has fostered corruption - the Department of Environment and in particular one Anne Eng.
The First People always respected the Earth. So, they indeed celebrated Earth Day every day for thousands of years. They are the Native sons and daughters - here in America. Not the so called pioneers who came, saw, and polluted.
The First People believed in conservation. They took that only which was required.
The Strangers - are GREEDY and will take it all and love to pollute.

They killed millions of Buffalo for their skins - living the others in heaps for the flesh to rot - while the Native Americans watched and cried.
They killed Native Americans and in California edicts were sent by California Governors to go kill the Native Americans who lived here for thousands of years. Up until 1924 you could kill a Native American - no questions asked and fetch$5 of her or his scalp.
Where is the morality of these so called strangers that fake and call them Native sons and daughters when all they did was pollute, steal, rob, and pollute?
Yet, today you will hear on Earth Day - cliches and vague statement about Global Warming, Pollution, being Green without understanding the consequences - this, that, and the other thing.
It is strange how the THIEF always speaks so loud - and always brags when she or he must learn to shut their putrid mouth.
One of them is Mayor Gavin Newsom - others the so called gurus that want to push for Green while painting the whole City - red.
Here is a list for those that will gather on Earth Day to ponder:
1. There are over 1200 toxic hot spots all over San Francisco. They, have been there for years. Some for over 40 years. What you so called Environmentalists must know that daily millions are adversely impacted - by these toxic hot spots. Mission Bay is one. Millions of tons of toxic material are buried all over Mission Bay. Toxic fumes all over the place. Leases have in fine print about such elements - with waivers that must be signed before you rent, lease, or buy property.
2. Daily millions of gallons of sewage leeches into the ground - polluting the once pristine Water Shed in San Francisco. This is because of the about 900 miles of sewer miles - over 85% are leaking - these sewer pipes - are over 75 years old - and some over 100 years old.
3. The quality of air in most parts of the City of San Francisco has worsened. The Bay Area Air Quality Management District has the results of recent tests. Every neighborhood suffers and the worst is District 10. The Supervisor of this District - Sophie Maxwell. Particulates from vehicles are the worst - and cause breathing problems.
4. All over this City there is about 120 tons of Methane Gas - spewing into the air. One ton of Methane Gas equal 22 tons of Carbon Dioxide. So, much for this City - so called Carbon Foot Print and the talk about sustainable practices. What has our Metrosexual Mayor - Gavin Newsom to say about this?
5. Daily millions of gallons of half-treated sewage adversely impacts the Bay water. Add to this Mercury, Lead, PCBs. radiological elements from Hunters Point, the hot waters from the Mirant Plant killing fish - and you have a recipe for disaster. Not one major Environmental Organization will take a stand on all this issues. Weirs are broken and damaged and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is the worst polluter in the City of San Francisco.
6. At the Presidio of San Francisco and this may come as a shock to many - there are many toxic hot spots. Two Batteries - underground facilities as large as two footballs fields - are very polluted. Battery Caufield by the 15th Avenue Gate and by the former Public Health Hospital has Atomic residue - from the operations of the Nike Missiles and related operations.
Battery Wanger in the Fort Scott area by a street called Appleton - has bacteriological elements - the results of bacteriological experiments conducted by the Army. Both these time bomb Batteries and sealed and few know about it. There is one at Hunters Point too - where the National Defense Radiological Laboratory conducted experiments.
7. There are 30 known hots spots in the Golden Gate Park. As recently as five years ago - a trucking manifest revealed one trucker dumping - toxic dirt at Golden Gate Park - where thousands walk and this City has done nothing about it. The Environmentalists know little if nothing.
8. Visitation Valley by the former Schlage Lock Company is very polluted. The Department of Toxic and Substances Control - because of my complaint many years ago - did one clean up. But, there is more to the done. Near by the Petroleum Tank situated in Brisbane continue to pollute the air. Mercury, Lead, PSBs, Methane Ga, Chromium abound everywhere and adversely all those that come in close - proximity of these hot spots. Add to that the Electro-Magnetic Field created by the PG&E plant bordering Geneva Street and affecting a half mile radius and more
9. Many of our beaches are polluted and the worst one the beach by the State Park at Candlestick Point. High levels of radiological elements have been found here. As part of the clean up of beach - young children have been permitted to take part - and exposed to these dangerous toxic and radiological elements. Ignorant so called Environmentalists have not done their home work. Other wind surf and swim - not know the consequences. Tiny printed signs tell people not to fish but few read them. Not a word about the contaminated waters - and so see children playing and pray to God that He may ward off the adverse impacts.
10. At Herons Head Park also know as Pier 98 - the Corps of Engineers dredged the Bay and covered the Piers with tons of low level atomic material. The same stuff that was dumped by the Farallones islands. The details of these dubious ploys are only known by those that have access to certain documents - that demand by high clearance not accessible by mostly dumb, ignorant, wanabee environmentalists. The Pacific Heights Mafia favor the fake Environmentalists.
Earth Day is a JOKE. Some gather over pork chops, pork sausages, bacon and harm - water the mess down with orange juice - while some speakers spew words - much more polluting and toxic - than the elements I have described. When you pollute the mind - with half-truths you do the worst thing - possible. Go figure.
