Mayor Gavin Newsom tries to hoodwink San Franciscans changing Community Development.

Mayor Gavin Newsom has been touring many Cities in California - touting to be a good candidate for Governor. The fact is that most of the LIES he tells about his work are fake - and he does have the ability to look you in the EYE and LIE.

Now, without any Accountability and Transparency - the Mayor and his cronies - most of whom do not give a hoot - about the community - are poised to steal money, fund some salaries and work with those sell outs - the usual suspects - that have profited from the Community Development Grants in the past - in some of our City neighborhoods.

There is a big difference between Development and Investment. Some - fail to refer to the Dictionary and other will abide with what corrupt City cronies - dole out.

The community at all levels - should have an input as to how they profited or did not profit in the past - from the Mayor's Office of Community Development.

How the Mayor's Office of Community Development came about? What really took place - when say Dwayne Jones was the Director of the Mayor's Office of Community Development. How many millions were wasted with Dwayne at the helm of affairs?

We also need to investigate the Communities Of Opportunity (COO) - run by Dwayne Jones with help from certain jackals - in Room 200 at City Hall. The Mayor has tapped into Community Development funds to have conferences, wine and dine and whore with his filthy rich friends. Community Development funds have been abused in the last five years - for sure.

At one time the Mayor's Office of Economic Development has but a few people working in this Department. In the last year it added Work Force to its title - and increased the personnel in its Department - to over four hundred percent.

Most of the inept personnel make huge salaries and no one in their right mind is questioning the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Work Force.

San Franciscans did not see any progress under Jese Blout - the past Director - who went to join Goldman Sacks. San Franciscans have not seen much progress - less transparency from Michael Cohen in the past five years - who is the current Director of the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Work Force.

Michael Cohen has been pulling his teeth, his hair - trying to figure how best to give Lennar a Rogue Developer - that has a bad reputation all over the Nation - a good name. Well, you cannot dress a hog and let it out. It will jump into some sordid messy pool and prove to you - what hogs love to do. Such is Lennar and those that back Lennar. Among them the well know - Poverty Pimp Pastors of some of the so-called - Christian Churches.

San Franciscans have not seen any progress with City Build and one Rhonda Simmons.

San Franciscans have not seen any change with City Build especially since Rhonda Simmons has been in charge. Last year this inept woman - wasted over $7 million dollars.

This year she will continue to waste millions more - while our children, our infants and those poor that need help most - suffer and slowly - die.

Today, April 15, 2009- at the Budget and Finance Committee it was interesting to see - one Lola Whittle the Proponent of Proposition G from the Bayview Hunters Point - come and endorse the link between the Mayor's Office of Investment and the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Work Force.

Lola - poor Lola says there is improvement on the Third Street Corridor. The Third Street corridor is a mess and with so many store front boarded up - this woman must be blind. There is money flowing into her pocket - and more when she takes her bowl and goes before the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.

I have seen Lola Whittle go before the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and get money for her Resource Center - which frankly no one knows - what she and her cohorts are doing - in the Bayview - with that Center. A simple audit will reveal the way such scum bags - operate.
Then she gets more money from the Mayor's Office of Community Development - not because she has the expertise - but, because she is a sell out and has adversely impacted the community.

Lola Whittle has not helped the Asian, Native American, poor White, the Latino community at all. Who she really cares are the sell outs that do her bidding and most of them are Black.

The same with the One Stop Centers - the ones in the Western Addition and the one at the Southeast Commission Facility in the Bayview - are NOT providing any quality service with career jobs - to those that think they can be helped - but are fooled most of the time.

There is only so many times you can fool the youth especially - you really, cannot fool all the people - all the time.

The Mayor' Office of Economic Development and Work Force does not have a current Economic Analysis of the various neighborhoods in San Francisco.

The Mayor's Office of Economic Development has failed to have qualified Risk Analysis in the various neighborhoods.

For example no consideration what so ever has been given to gentrification. Once the African American population was twenty five percent of San Francisco - now it is less then five percent.

The focus on the Immigrant Population and grants to help this population has been next to zero.

Worst still the youth from the Immigrant Population - that land in jail just because they have no documentation. The suffering on these youth is horrible - and I have saved a few - and it has been very stressful.

There are many districts in San Francisco that have children - and those Districts in San Francisco - that really need help serving children are left to the wind and the elements that adversely them.

Daily single mothers are crying tears of blood - while the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Work Force and the Mayor's Office of Development - waste millions. There is absolutely no consideration for the poor and those that pay taxes. There is no thought given to poor single mothers, to infants, and to young children in San Francisco - by the crooks that run City Hall.

San Francisco has a $6.8 Billion dollar plus budget - but fails every time to serve our children and those childcare facilities that need - help most.

No wonder thousands of decent families with children have left San Francisco - because truly speaking - the City cares about dogs and cats - but give a hoot about our children and especially our infants.

One yard stick that I measure any City - is how they care about infants. I will fight for our youth - but I will go beyond the beyond - to invest and defend our - infants.

In all this Mickey Mousing - definite language from the City Charter has been circumvented. This has happened before - with City Attorneys and the Mayor working behind close doors to hoodwink the public.

This name change - combining two City Departments - with any meaningful dialog - is a SLAP in the FACE of the COMMUNITY.

When questioned about how the Charter really was NOT taken into consideration - the usual suspects mentioned that they wanted the process to be vetted at the Budget and Finance Committee. What Logic. Then in the same breath - about some HUD funding and other grants - tied to the phony Community Development Funds and Grants - that our City and County of San Francisco may lose - if they name change is not done on time.

Well, to hell with money - investigate these usual suspects - they work for months to make such ploys - fly. Then when they are caught red handed they come out with excuses.

This changing of the name must be investigated. This matter must be taken to court. Many laws have been broken and our San Francisco Board of Supervisors have been fast asleep at the helm.

When ever such name changes are made it must be made mandatory for the community to have input.

This is San Francisco and our Mayor Gavin Newsom - will not get it, ever - for sure he cannot witness the hearing today - he is in Hana, Hawaii - screwing around and relaxing with his Metrosexual image floating around.

The current Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Work Force has been in bed with Lennar - a Rogue Developer.

Most other Neighborhoods have no clue about Lennar - and think they will build homes and bring jobs. In the Bayview District - Sophie Maxwell, Lola Whittle, the other Poverty Pimp Pastors - Aurelious Walker, Calvin Jones, Gary Banks, George Lee, Amos Brown, and some others should be ashamed of themselves. All of them on the take.

No Theology teaches the shepherd to dress in pink, blue, and curtain material suits - with flashy yellow jackets and green shoes - and make a fool of themselves - begging for money - and speaking from both sides of their mouth. Poor pathetic fools - even Lucifer will shun them - judging from their behavior on this Earth.

Dwayne Jones was the Director of Community Development - where is this fool now? He is acting as the Deputy Mayor - pimping the Mayor and causing havoc to those that need help - most.

These names changes have a lot to do with the Stimulus Package. The crooks helped by the Pacific Heights Mafia - have it all planned - get as much money and use the populace to carry out their dubious ploys and machinations - without Transparency and Accountability.

While this Budget and Finance Committee was going on at City Hall - Speaker Nancy Pelosi was hood winking - some Community Based Organization in China Town - that are sell outs - promising them jobs and hope of money.

Really, speaking this Stimulus Package is Tax Payers Money - and with Barack Hussin Obama - did we not say - we need change and desire transparency and accountability?

Notice Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein - they are doling our the Stimulus Package - as if they are in charge. Really? We must send these two women - packing.

I thought with the new infusion of our New Supervisors at City Hall - they would be on top of it.

But, what I see is that some of these Supervisors are pandering to the Mayor and the Pacific Heights Mafia. It is all about money - I know of five Supervisors on the present Board that have taken money from Lennar a Rogue Developer that has the BLOOD of our children, our elders, others - on their hands.

Any money taken from Lennar should be returned as soon as possible - if you folks do not do it - you will repent - and be very, very - sorry.

The more this City has relations with Lennar on Treasure Islands and Hunters Point and Candlestick Point - the more the City will sink and drown into the cesspool.

Our Supervisors know what I am talking about - but, you all want to be politically correct. While being politically correct - you are selling your souls and the little decency you bring to the - table.

In today's world you really cannot speak about Spirituality - you could talk about anything but God and the moral compass.

The Mayor has NO moral compass - I and many others know this to be the TRUTH.

The Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Work Force is Lucifer's Department.

The future Mayor's Office of Investment - when enjoined to the polices and mandates of the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce - will have completed its jobs - and poised itself to harm the decent constituents of San Francisco.

The audacity of the two Departments to try to hoodwink the constituents of San Francisco?

Well, the hearing will continue - and I will be there to expose the scum bags - that have - again and gain - adversely impacted - millions.

In the mean time thousands of good businesses - especially Pop an Mom stores - have folded and vanished. They have left - San Francisco.

Killings and shooting are on the increase - the tally as of today - 15. Many others shot and lingering in hospitals.

Community Based Organization that put all the EGGS in one basket - waiting for City Grants - are sweating it out - much like the chronic crack- heads.

The City has screwed them royally - and they are now abusing the City. Why? This Racist City - has always prided itself - helping the filthy rich - while treating blue collar workers, and the poor like the scum of the Earth.

Well, pay careful attention to what is going on at City Hall. These vermin have NO conscience and will take you to the cleaners. We must be educated on issues - and be vigilant. But, you cannot be vigilant - if you are acting like a fool - wasting your time - and all the time with BLINDERS and talking smart - and spewing hot air.

In the mean time of the over 28,000 City workers and we have a population of about 800,000 - over twenty five percent make over $125,000 plus perks.

Why? Most of them do not live in the City of San Francisco. Most of them are inept, lazy, and are here ONLY for their pay check.

A mere perusal of the workings of the various City Departments will reveal that to anyone that has some ability to do some little - investigative reporting.

Well, the time has come to give these pathetic fools, hell - but this time they must be sent packing for cheating, lying, and trying to pacify when they were caught with their undies and pants down - and their hand in the cookie jar.
