The economic crisis begins to take it’s toll in the world economy with unemployment, inflation, and fostering an environment of misery. Is there any alternative to this crisis? The revolutionary movement in Latin America is at the forefront once again and perhaps may show us an alternative
to this current problem.

Join Hands Off Venezuela on Saturday, April 18th, 7 PM at 522 Valencia St. in San Francisco, where we will be showing the new film “FRETECO: Occupied factories under workers’ control” and hosting John Peterson, national secretary of the Hands Off Venezuela campaign, speaking on what has happened in Venezuela so far and future prospects for the Latin American revolution;
Salvador Cordon of the Frente Farabundo Marti de Liberacion Nacional (FMLN) will talk about perspectives in El Salvador and Latin America, this will be followed by questions and discussion. All proceeds will help publicize the work of FRETECO
