The deadline to submit proposals to contribute a workshop/lecture/discussion/panel or to table at the Santa Cruz Anarchist Convergence is Friday, April 17.

If you've already submitted a proposal, thank you! We'll be reviewing all of the proposals at once and will begin contacting you the week of April 22, to let you know whether your session can be accommodated and with any questions that may come from our discussion, as well as to make logistical arrangements.

If you haven't sent a proposal, please email us with a completed proposal form as soon as possible at santacruzanarchist [at] riseup.net.

Information we need from YOU:
1. Proposed Session Title (or tabling org/distro name)
2. Contact's Name
3. How can we contact you?
4. Your website?
5. Housing needs?
6. Day limitations, when will you be in town?
7. Other special needs?
For Sessions:
- Session format type (workshop, panel, open discussion, lecture with Q&A, something else)
- Session description, including how you think the session is relevant
For Tabling:
- Can you bring your own table?
