Millions of Americans voted for Barack Obama in November hoping for an end to U.S. wars in the Middle East. But Washington is sending more troops to Afghanistan and continues to bolster Israeli apartheid. The occupation of Iraq is not being ended, but repackaged. And the military budget is bigger than ever!
The Campus Antiwar Network invites all student activists and groups to participate in the Bay Area CAN Conference. We will be debating the politics the movement should take up, and the strategies and tactics it will need to end Washington’s wars of aggression. For more information, call (415) 335-0953.
