Ann Fagan Ginger, author of Undoing The Bush-Cheney Legacy, A Toolkit for Congress & Activists, has been in the forefront of protecting our civil liberties and human rights for over fifty years. Attorney, author, educator, Ann founded the Meiklejohn Civil Liberties Institute, has argued and won cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, and has taught constitutional law, international law, and labor law at UC-Hastings College of law, U. of Santa Clara Law School, and the University of San Francisco School of Law, among others.
On Tuesday April 21, 2009, at the WILPF general meeting, Ann Fagan Ginger will lead a challenging and stimulating discussion on “What Are WE Doing to Undo the Bush-Cheney Legacy”? The meeting will be held as usual at 7 pm at the Quaker Meeting House, 225 Rooney St., in Santa Cruz. Free, open to the public. For more information, call 831 457 6797.
