Come learn simple, easy, and affordable kitchen remedies to prevent and treat the ills of the seasons! As bugs become stronger and longer and pharmaceuticals become more harmful than helpful, let's take our health into our own hands and make our own medicine from what we've got in the pantry or the garden. We will be making a tea, tincture, syrup, and herbal vinegar to help heal sneezes, sniffles, lingering coughs and fevers.
