Earline Whitt who is 80 years old, widowed and the primary care-giver of two older dependant sons, has been without running water for over four years. After obtaining state and federal monies to fix and satisfy her needs, Mrs. Whitt has now been abandoned by Tulare County public officials who are responsible for reassuring the human need and dignity for all are met in Tulare County. Mrs. Earline Whitt has now requested support from National Network in Action, a civil and human rights organization under the leadership of Rev. Floyd D. Harris Jr.

Newly appointed National Field Marshall Mrs. Grantrina Davis is working with local agencies to assure Mrs. Whitt has running water before 2008 ends. NNIA is organizing the black and brown community to become more educated and to take control of the issues in their community. The Pixley community must stand for justice for injustice has been brought on an 80 year old senior citizen and her family.
