Music on The Subway
Last year I lived in Boston. In this city they allow, anyone to play music at the Subway Stations.
You pay 50 Dollars, and they give you a pass, they even allow amplified music.

In San Francisco the music scene is mostly middle and upper class. The accessibility of the Arts,
to (People of Color) and the poor is lacking. In fact, some bars make poeple pay to play. The West coast has no Harlem New York. In fact, cities like Atlanta and Houston are better-off than
Bay Area and Los Angeles. It seems as if the West Coast has turned, into an (Ayn Rand) novel
where everyone drives Volvo's. What we need is, an Artistic communty for everyone. I think that
music on the Bart is agood start.
