After more investigation and release on bail of some of the local mobile
dispensaries, it seems that all the cases are linked to a local patient "Jessica".
The few people I have confirmed (at least 3) were all entrapped by a long-haired guy
named Jaime Conlon (the undercover cop) and meet the people at a house in Navy
housing on Pico St in the Pt. Loma area.
They (cops) say the whole set up is caught on tape. Therefore, hopefully the victims
(these local mobile dispensaries) will be able to defend themselves in court.
San Diego ASA will be deciding what our response will be to the latest round of
terroristic tactics from local law enforcement, at this Sunday's MPP event
February 8 and our regular SD ASA meetings (2nd Tues of the month) Feb 10.
