Well, we provided this information - a long time ago. Provided his team with all the documents the Obama Administration - needed and more. Recently, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District - fined Lennar $515,000 but more the BAAQMD - is looking into other devious actions linked to Lennar.

What is more other communities all over this Nation - who have been impacted by Lennar are in contact with President Barack Obama's Administration. Thousands of files are available all well documented and ready for review and adjudication.
They say we are a Nation of Law - now we must only initiate fair practices and bring about quick adjudication. They also say we are a Nation - well known for our - compassion.
Some of us have been contacted and we will as a united front - take Lennar to task.
The issue that stand before now is that Lennar - should not in any way get one single penny from any of the money set aside to help businesses by the United States Government. You do not encourage a Rogue Company - by giving it money.
Lennar used its ploys and machinations - including for sure sub-prime loans but what is worse building inferior homes to adversely impact - thousands of innocent home buyers.
There are thousands of cases pending in the Courts - with thousands of home buyers wishing they had nothing what so ever to do with Lennar. Lennar is in deep trouble and getting into even deep trouble - every single minute.
Lennar has cut its work force, fired Managers and is busy consolidating its sordid assets.
When we first started fighting Lennar their Stock and Shares were in the 80s now they are in he single digit - and with the Economic Crisis getting worse by the week - Lennar will sink in the CESSPOOL of its own making.
Here in San Francisco - Lennar started by clear cutting over 400 mature trees on Parcel A - that is part of Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
The other parcel B, C, D, E, and F that is the Bay are still under the jurisdiction of the United States Navy. I say this because Lenanr loves to state that all of the Shipyard belong to them. Hog wash.
The trees on Parcel A were cut without any permit from the City and County of San Francisco.
The land belongs to the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency - but no one seems to know who gave the permission to cut these mature trees.
Now, in San Francisco we have our Mayor Gavin Newsom telling the world that he stands for GREEN. I suppose saving trees is part of being Green?
But, the Mayor has not said a word about the clear cutting of 400 mature trees without a permit. Mayor Gavin Newsom surely talks the talks but he rarely walks the walk.
In the year 2004 - over 200 acres of land - consisting of Serpentine Rock were disturbed. Serpentine Rock very dense- when broken it releases Asbestos Structures and the only way to keep the problem in check is pouring million of gallons of water.
Well, the Rogue Company that is Lennar - bombarded thousands of innocent people without checking the Asbestos dust.
Further in filled the rocks and dust in tucks that were not covered and drove these trucks into residential areas - further violating the Dust Mitigation Plan and Article 31.
Over 400 Notice of Violations were issued to Lennar - but Lennar as I said is a Rogue Company. Sheltered by Mayor Gavin Newsom and other cronies - Lennar continued to adversely impact thousands. Some of us kept Lennar is check - and from day one we wrote about the Rogue Company - so now we can connect the dots.
Lennar as I said is a Rogue Company that came in with the blessing of one Willie L. Brown Jr. a thug - and the Pacific Heights Mafia - mostly White Folks that live in an area of San Francisco called Pacific Heights. Senator Diane Feinstein and Richard Blum live in this area.
Lennar promised to build 10,000 homes in Valljo on an island called Mare Island.
The Vallejo Council was looking forward to the "tax increment" as this was a Redevelopment Project. After 10 years - Lennar had nothing to show. Lennar after 10 years declared bankruptcy. Vallejo declared bankruptcy - and the City of Vallejo is in dire straits.
Lennar promises to build 10,500 homes in San Francisco. It will never build them. Not a single dog house for that matter. Will San Francisco listen?
Lennar wasted billions of dollars of CALPERS money.
This money is tied to the Retirement of hard work people that work for the State of California. The California Secretary of State knows about this - and I will be sending her this article.
The Governor of the State of California knows this and I will send him this article.
The Attorney-General of the State of California knows this I will be send him this article.
Senator Barbara Boxer knows a lot about Lennar and I will be send her this article.
It is of no use to send this article to Senator Diane Feinstien and Congressperson Nancy Pelosi because both of them are in bed with Lennar. So, is Mayor Gavin Newsom who is related to Nancy Pelosi.
Lennar has in the past filled the campaign coffers of all of the above that are in bed with Lennar.
That is just how the game is played. It is called Land Banking - cheap land mostly toxic is handed over to Rogue Developers - the Rogue Developers use Mafia Tactics - and divide the land and sell it. In most cases the primary developer will find one excuse or the other - not to fulfill any obligation.
Lennar has a signed Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) but this agreement has not been kept. It is a legal department on which Law Enforcement will take action.
If Lennar - as the agreement states does not fulfill its time-lines - it defaults. That is what has happened already - Lennar has defaulted - and the City and County of San Francisco is NOT taking any action.
The San Francisco Board of Supervisors must call for an investigation and take Lennar to Court.
If need be call Senator Diane Feinstein who signed all the primary documents linked to Proposition G. I was the proponent of Proposition F and took on Lennar and its cronies - like Senator Diane Feinstein, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, and Mayor Gavin Newsom.
Other jerks like Supervisor Sophie Maxwell, dubious folks - like Angelo King, Veronica Hunnicutt, Willie B. Kennedy, Linda Richardson, Aurelious Walker, Calvin Jones, and a host of other mostly Black sell outs - have sold out the community at large.
We have Samoans, Latinos, Asians, Native Americans and others - and none of them have been brought to the table to have a meaningful - dialog.
Well, Lennar has no money and looking to President Barack Obama to give them money.
