South Bay Against LGBQTI Hate Crimes
On the internet and on the street against hate crimes directed at our community!
The Rainbow Women's Chorus belted out songs of dignity. Dean Harpster--with bare feet and beautiful voice--led a rousing version of "We Shall Overcome". The Raging Grannies emcee'd the event and kept the crowd engaged with their *straight but not narrow* supportive singing.
Rev. Michael Ellard of the San Jose Metropolitan Community Church led our moment of silence for Richmond Jane Doe.
