Lennar has been LYING saying that it has water-front property in San Francisco.
Of course it is dreaming about this property that really still is under the control of the United States Navy. Also, the property happens to be a Super Fund site. Only the worse of the worst properties are placed on the Superfund Site. This site also happens to be contaminated with radiological elements.
The property also happen to have over 146 Radiological Elements that the U.S. Navy wants to cap and give to the City and County of San Francisco - belong Lennar is ready to develop the land - or so Lennar thinks.
Lennar has the backing of two fools one Caligula - Gavin Newsom. The second Senator Diane Feinstein. But, this time around the Nation's Economic Crisis - will aid the JUST and take Lennar down.
The United States Navy better abate the land and clean it up to Residential Standards.
Follow the Precautionary Principle that is an Ordinance in San Francisco.
Follow Proposition P that mandated the City and County of San Francisco - to clean the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to Residential Standards. This mandate was voted upon by 87% of the voters and it LAW.

Caligula has chosen - with intent - to cut off programs to the poor and lay off nurses and other such positions that aid those that need help most.
The Housing is a mess in San Francisco. With the Mayor's Housing Czar and his female elf - trying to talk the talk but they cannot walk the walk - because they have NO money.
Mission Bay has generated some tax increment and everyone is gunning for the Jack Pot that the San Francisco Redevelopment has - with one Fred Blackwell in charge. Fred better be cautious NOT to follow the path of Marcia Rosen.
Fred Blackwell also better stay away from Mayor Gavin Newsom and Willie L. Brown Jr. a chronic liar and master of deceit - when it comes to dubious - ploys.

Saul Bloom aka David Saleman - who will agree and sign anything as long as the price is - right.
So who is David Saleman and what has he been doing in San Francisco and the Bay Area? Where did he come from? No one is asking the right questions? The man is given millions each year to do out reach and does nothing at all!
Angelo King who has appeared on the Television and is in favor of Lennar and Proposition G that is going no where. A transplant from the Western Addition he now thinks he can control - the Bayview Hunters Point.
Recently, the thugs had a meeting with their supporters - the SF Labor Council, the SF Organizing Project, ACORN who has tarnished its name all over this Nation. James Bryant who is in it with PG&E and any other entity to fill his pockets and backed by Caligula and Diane Feinstein. Pariah dogs scrambling for bones with little meat on it - pathetic fools and most all Black - selling the community out.
At a recent meeting these "thugs" met to discuss their spoils and ended up fighting like pariah dogs. Joining them Aurelious Walker, Galvin Jones, and a few other pastors of ill fame and NO moral compass.
It is a shame that Caligula - aka Mayor Gavin Newsom has with intent chosen not to help the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point and used - corrupt Blacks the kind that fall for rotten bread crumbs - to divide the community.
Bottom line Lennar has NO money - and will use ploys to take San Francisco down.
Lennar took Mare Island down in broad daylight - and sees no reason to do the same with San Francisco.
The world is laughing at San Francisco - Caligula talks the talk but cannot walk the walk. Screwed his best friend wife - and will do anything in this power - to project himself and fail San Francisco.

The people of Alice Griffith are suffering - over sixty percent of that area have boarded up units. Crime is on the increase and the people have NO hope.
