Mark Buettner, a Kingsburg High School graduate is in his senior year at Princeton University. Mark will present information centered around the experience of living in the West Bank and working for a human rights organization that promotes a just, lasting peace between the Israeli and Palestinian people. He will reflect on cultural nuances and political realities that exist in the Middle East, and outline what he believes to be the most significant barriers to the peace process. The talk will conclude with an analysis of proposed solutions to the conflict, and a possible Q&A session.
