His Excellency Welile Nhlapo, the Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa to the United States, and His Excellency David Mohlomi Rantekoa, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Lesotho to the United States, give an exclusive discussion on the success stories throughout the countries of southern Africa. Through multilateral bodies to ensure developing countries' voices are heard on international issues, the South African government played a key role in ending various conflicts and political crises on the continent. Afterwards, enjoy a reception of wine and cheese and our new photo exhibit by World Bank photographer Arne Hoel. His stunning photographs capture the prosperity, growth and success in the countries of southern African focusing on water, environment, education, and health.
