Hunters Point an area of about 700 acres is often touted as a site where thousands of homes can be built. lennar wants to build 10,500 homes in these difficult economy times. Go figure.

What is disgusting fool the people by trying to build so many homes on a Superfund Site - that is very toxic. Why build 10,500 homes in the middle to Chernobyl?

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard was divided into Parcels - A, B, C, D, E, and F. Now parcel D has been divided again and a parcel G has been carved out of Parcel D.

Diane Feinstein is pushing to build a stadium for the 49ers on Parcel G. The 49ers and Dr. John York and Jedd York - do not want to have anything to do with such a stupid proposal.

On Parcel G - Mayor Gavin Newsom, Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, and the sell outs from the Bayview Hunters Point - mostly Black - folks like Linda Richardson, Angelo King, Aurelious Walker, Willie B. Kennedy, Doris Vincent, Sophina Maxwell, Calvin Jones and others too dubious to mention - are selling out the community for some bread crumbs.

The community is not stupid - time will tell. We do not want the worst for any human being - but only the best. We do not want anyone to get near a site that is toxic - more radiological.

I represent the First People the Muwekma Ohone. So, when I say that the right thing has to done - I mean it.

The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard must be cleaned to standards - Residential Standards. Proposition P passed in the year 2000. The constituents of San Francisco by over eighty seven percent voted to clean the entire Shipyard to Residential Standards.

Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, and Gavin Newsom in their ignorance have no clue about the experiments conducted at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. These fools do not want to abide by the will of the people - Proposition P.

If anyone with intelligence gave them a briefing of the contents on Parcel E2 - it would shock them. But, this pre-supposes they are intelligent. It also pre-supposes they have a moral compass.

The Muwekma Ohlone want the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to be mitigated, abated - cleaned to residential standards. The Muwekma Ohlone also exercised their Right of First Refusal in 1991.

The role of Muwekma Ohone has been left out. Once the Supreme Court puts the Muwekma Ohlone on the Federal Register - all the devious actions of Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein and others will be revealed.

Suffice to say - that time will tell who will win on this one.

I have said before and say today again: " No good ever will come out of Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. No one can desecrate the Sacred Remains of the First People, the Ohlone - and pay no restitution and think that all will be well. Never, ever. Aho."

Only Parcel A has been conveyed to the City and County of San Francisco. San Francisco chose to use the SF Redevelopment Agency as a tool to make money and foster greed - more through a person and Director who has since jumped ship - Marcia Rosen.

Today Parcel A has been turned over to the Lennar Corporation who has defaulted on their Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA).

In any other community Lennar would have been taken to court for defaulting but not so with Gavin Newsom and Diane Feinstein having a say on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Lennar has failed to abide by the Dust Mitigation Plan and bombarded our children and elders with toxic dust - much of it radiological in nature. If Lennar could not attain minimum standards on Parcel A. How can anyone trust this Rogue Developer to do better - anywhere and at any time.

Lennar was fined $515,000 by the Bay Area Air Management District for poisoning our children in the Bayview Hunters Point. No apology from Gavin Newsom, Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Sophina Maxwell - all scum bags of the worst order. And they call themselves - representatives.

Very soon we will have State hearing - and expose these wicked and evil Representatives once and for all. You cannot fool all the people all the time. The people are fed up with you all.

We want all of the Shipyard clean up. The toxic dirt removed - never mind how much it cost. If idiots can be baled out - it is right to treat Mother Earth with respect. Who asked the idiots to pollute the land in the first place?

Lennar is drowning in a cesspool of its own making. Its Stock and Shares are worth nothing - Junk Bond status. Lennar will not built a single dog house - it is all talk and no action.

Lennar is into Land Banking. It will teach San Francisco a lesson - much like it did Vallejo. Talked Vallejo into building 10,000 homes - then after ten years declared bankruptcy and shafted the City Council of Vallejo. Think about that?

Lennar deceives the world and has been touting that it owns Water Front Property at Hunters Point and Candlestick Point. The fact of the matter is that the area is very contaminated and is in reality a Superfund Site:

It is time San Franciscans wake up. In San Francisco we help the whole world. But, right here our children are dying. Our elders are dying - all poisoned by a Rogue Developer named Lennar.

The Stop Lennar Action Committee is determined to send Lennar packing out of our community - as soon as possible.

We are calling the President-Elect Barack Hussein Obama to take a stand. Do not have anything much to do with the Mother of Water Boarding - Diane Feinstein. Do not fall for the ploys of the Zionists.
