Lennar pushes its Urban Design Plan at the BVHP Land Use sub-committee in a casual manner.

Lennar is a Rogue Company that promised cities like Vallejo, California - thousands of homes and failed to deliver.

In fact Lennar declared bankruptcy in Vallejo, California and has nothing much to show except hundreds of problems causing Vallejo to deal with millions in a fiscal loss and declaring bankruptcy itself. Next to follow will be San Francisco.

All over the United States - Lennar has sold its assets to consolidate whatever it can to prop up its spiraling Stocks and Shares - that are worth nothing much. Junk Bonds - penny stocks - in short Lennar is drowning in the cesspool of its own creation.

The City and County of San Francisco has a huge stake and bought Lennar's lies.

For sure some authorities that took money from Lennar are beholden to Lennar. Among them Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newsom Sophina Maxwell, Linda Richardson, Angelo King, Doris Vincent, Aurelious Walker and a host of other vermin.

Some of these folks get angry when their names are mentioned. Well, if they have nothing to fear why do they not go to the Federal Bureau of Investigation and say so. For years the FBI has been keeping tabs - and when the moment of truth comes - most everything will be - revealed.

Yesterday, Linda Richardson who hails from Nigeria and thinks she has been in the Bayview forever - really wanted to rush things - and collect her check from Lennar.

We know that the condominium she lives in down town - has a lot of do with Lennar. We have been knowing this for years. The Jerrold Street home - is around a toxic dump - and so the woman spends most of her time away from the site.

The Bayview Hunters Point (BVHP) Land Use sub-committee is one of the many committees where the Lennar project and other such projects are brought to be vetted.

Of course Linda Richardson does not believe in such a process. Linda Richardson thinks she knows it all and you can tell that from her attitude. She can play those games with her significant other - but when it comes to the Bayview Hunters Point community - she has been put on notice.

This time around we were very kind and tolerated her nonsense. No more passes.

The City and County of San Francisco is a racist city. 18 treaties signed with the First People the Ohlone and the authorities failed to keep the mandates. The land was stolen from the Ohlone.

Let us for a moment go the year 1700. Now tell me who was here in San Francisco and who owned the land. Then let us go to the year 1776 and read the history of this City.

Up until 1924 it was fine to kill a Native American and fetch $5 for his or her scalp. That was about 75 years ago.

It is a shame that we permit Lennar to come and steal the land again. Lennar does not want to do much - except divide the land - lay the infrastructure and sell the parcels. Lennar is in what the "rogues" call or term - Land Banking.

Lennar harmed our children and elders. In simple terms when an entity does that more with intent - they have blood on their hands.

Recently we had the Bay Area Air Quality Management District fine Lennar over $515,000. This fine and its contents should be read by Aurelious Walker and the rest of the sell outs that are mostly ignorant and not cognizant about actual facts.

Most of them are NOT educated on issues. Have no sense of history. In recent years most of these sell outs - join the Project Area Committee - for handouts and bread crumbs from the floor.

Some of us posed some powerful questions and made some powerful statements - at yesterday's meeting.

Of course the lackey from the District 10 Supervisor's Office did not like what we said. Nor the air-head damsel from the Mayor's Office of Economic Development with her big nose.

The Land Use sub-committee linked to the Project Area Committee - with the exception of two members asked some pertinent questions. The rest - oblivious to their ignorance and mostly Black - as usual sold out the community - one more time.

The Lennar team gave their presentation and when asked why certain Landmark Buildings, and other critical elements were left out - suggested this and that and the other. Lennar feels that most things can be fixed - as and when they please.

In fact anything can be fixed if you are a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC). As and when the Corporation deems it fit to jump ship - it cuts its losses and flees. Never mind if employees get hurt, the community suffers, or the adverse impacts to the project harm millions.

Never mind if they promised to fix the problems and just simply forgot about it.

Our San Francisco Board of Supervisors better take note of the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) and the many amendments made by Lennar. This legal document met with a serious of defaults - and the SF BOS did nothing. Now, Lennar has established another Limited Liability Corporation (LLC). Go figure.

Lennar has failed communities all over Southern California.

It has failed communities in Northern California.

It has failed communities in Florida.

Right here in our own backyard - in the Bayview Hunters Point - Lennar with intent - poisoned our children and elders.

We say to Lennar and to the City - we want Lennar out of our community. To hell with the 10,500 homes you want to build on a toxic dump site prone to liquefaction:
