Shame on Yoo. Not only is water boarding torture, but it wastes perfectly good H20 that could be used while ripping up dank in a bubbler.

A water pipe will filter your toke so it goes down clean, cool and smooth. But people aren't pipes; you can't fill them with water to extract information. You can't bong truth through the suffering of others. Nothing about water boarding is clean, smooth, nor cool.

John Yoo, a UC Berkeley law professor (what is wrong with that school?), has been getting high off torture. Water boarding is not a simulated experience. While being water boarded, it doesn't just seem like one is breathing in water; one literally is taking in water. It is not just a passing moment of panic, but rather is a lasting intense physical trauma that has the potential to kill.

Berkeley City Counsel must sign the resolution. The City must join the call to investigate John Yoo for war crimes. The City must ask the Nor-Cal's AG to place war crimes charges against John Yoo.

Come to the city counsel meeting and be heard. The UC, and by association the City of Berkeley, must both stop profiting in anyway from John Yoo.

John Yoo must go; that's something we can all toke to.
