Military queers still wait for tolerance
[ 44 years after first demo on this issue ]
Dear freedom-seekers,
When will Congress and our next President dare
to treat military queers fairly?
On the issue of queers and the armed services,
the first known U.S. picket
happened in the fall of 1964, in Manhattan;
co-sponsored by the Homosexual League of New York and the
New York City League for Sexual Freedom;
including lesbian, bisexual, gay and straight picketers.
How far has the Pentagon advanced, around 44 years later,
toward valuing all service-members,
regardless of
sexual orientation?
Think globally,
act lovingly....
