UC Berkeley vivisector's home vandalized

by AB 2296 failing?
Despite the passage of AB 2296, underground actions continue against UCLA vivisection; and here in the East Bay against UC Berkeley vivisection.
It appears that anonymous underground activists vandalized the home of UC Berkeley vivisector Frederic Theunissen last week (November 5 to be exact.) Theunissen tortures and kills captive birds in his frivolous experiments at the University of California-Berkeley campus.

Despite AB 2296, which may or may not have scared off aboveground activists in the ten-campus UC system, this action as well as the upsurge of actions at UCLA make it clear that the underground has not been stopped by new laws.

From UCB's police logs detailing the incident:

7:21 AM - T.F. (MW-44-F) victim of vandalism via red paint to the front door/wall of his house, Browning St. Under investigation.
