Lennar poisoned our children and still continues to poison our children in the Bayview.
Lennar poisoned our children and was cited for over 380 days by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD). Originally the fined imposed on Lennar was $38 million - but it goes to show you - how this Regulatory Agency reduced the fined to a measly - $515,000. So, now what do the rogue Black Pastors in bed with Lennar have to say? Why would Lennar be fined - if they are NOT a Rogue company? Why would Lennar be fined - if they did not polluted and break the law? Why did Lennar do the Bayview Hunters Point community in?
In a settlement dated August 7, 2008 - Lennar the Rogue Company was cited and fined $515,000 - by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD).
Originally, the BAAQMD had cited Lennar for 380 days and had the BAAQMD followed the real process - and fined Lennar the maximum - the fine would have amounted to $38 million.
Now, this would have really sent Lennar and other Rogue Developers a message.
Do not pollute and follow the process when it comes to grading, Asbestos Removal, and harming living beings with toxic dust and dangerous particulates.
Lennar has NOT learned its lesson - even now on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard on Parcel A - dust is flying all over the place.
What makes the situation all the more dangerous is that this dust is laden with Radiological and other very toxic dust. Dangerous particulates, methane gas, heavy metals such as lead, magnesium, mercury are found in the air.
No one is paying attention to Cumulative Pollution.
No one is paying attention to Liquefaction. Ninety five percent of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is landfill. Land stolen from the Ohlone.

The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard has a very long history of pollution. Depleted Uranium was first tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The National Defense Radiological Laboratory was first established at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
One of the Atomic Bombs that was dropped on Japan during World War II left Hunters Point to do its dirty deed. There is Karma and no dirty deed goes - unpunished.
In the year 2000 - 87% of the constituents of San Francisco voted to clean the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to Residential Standards. This mandate was never kept.
On our books the City and County of San Francisco has the Precautionary Principle. This holistic principle is never followed.
It was wrong to transfer Parcel A - clear cut over 400 mature trees - grade acres of land - and pollute the community with toxic dust laden with - heavy metals, radiological elements, dangerous particulates - and of course Asbestos Structures.
Lennar desires to build 1600 inferior homes on Parcel A - one of the Parcel on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
Why build 1600 homes in the middle of Chernobyl? Why harm human beings and in the process all life? Where is the moral compass of the City and County of San Francisco? Where is Mayor Gavin Newsom on this?
Where is Madame Diane Feinstein on this one? Where is Congressperson Nancy Pelosi on this one? Where are the genuine leaders of San Francisco on this one?
Where is the Main Media on this one? You see when it comes to the minorities - this Racist City - that is San Francisco - will pander to the devil. Evil people - with intent have harmed our children.
These evil folks think they can escape - but his time they will be caught and judged and face the penalties for their misdeeds - on this Earth.

People are evicted from Alice Griffith and crime in on the increase. In the interim hundreds are dying from pollution. A promise has been made to the Black folks - but, in a few years - there will be no Black folks.
In a few year there will be no Samoans living in any Public Housing. In fact there will be no Public Housing in and around Hunters Point. No Public Housing at Sunnydale in the Visitation Valley.
How can you fools, Lennar - bankrupt as you are - bring about to finance anything? I suppose you all have heard about the $700 Billion bailout - that is just the tip of the iceberg.
This Nation has a major crises - and very few really comprehend the issues - housing is suffering all over the Nation. Thousands of homes are in foreclosure - and no one has the money to buy - homes.
So, Lennar why did you change the Disposition and Development Agreement - and remove the rental units? Why are you constantly changing the Disposition and Development Agreement by finding something or the other - to amend? Does this tell the world - something?
It is a paradox while thousands of homes are going in foreclosure - here, Lennar is trying to build a Stadium on Parcel D and pretends that we are fools - when it tells us that it can develop the whole of Candlestick Point. Humbug!
These scum bags the likes of Lennar must be driven into oblivion.
So, I ask what has Lennar and Kofi Bonner to say about this settlement - where Lennar paid $515,000 in or around by September 8, 2008 - $515,000. Lennar admitted guilt and that is what really - matters.
This matter can now be taken to the Federal Courts - and adjudicated.
