San Francisco Anti-War Candidate Forum
Featuring:
Cindy Sheehan, Calif. 13th CD, Independent
Nathalie Hrizi, Calif. 12th CD, Peace & Freedom/PSL
Gloria La Riva, President, Party for Socialism & Liberation
Get out the anti-war vote!
In this election year, the issue of the U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan needs to be central. The death and destruction continues along with a price tag in the hundreds of millions of dollars per day! As the U.S. economy crumbles, the war remains fully funded. We need money for people’s needs, not the war machine and Wall Street.
Proposition V in San Francisco is also on the ballot, in an attempt to contine JROTC programs in city high schools, despite city and state policies forbidding it. Join us in a non-partisan forum focusing on anti-war positions, open to all San Francisco candidates.
$5-$10 donation (no one turned away for lack of funds)
Sponsored by the A.N.S.W.E.R. Coalition (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism)
