This City must be ashamed of itself. There is a fiscal crisis in this City that is affecting thousands and here San Francisco is trying to waste its time and money - trying to figure out - how to build a stadium at Hunters Point on very toxic ground. Build a stadium in the middle of a Superfund Site. Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein do not have time to address serious issues - but can spare their drab time - aiding and abetting a Rogue Company like Lennar to do their dirty business. Shame on this City. We want the Rogue Company - Lennar, out of our community.
Jesse Blout the former Director of the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce jumped ship to join Goldman Sacks.
The present Director is Michael Cohen. Both are working behind the scenes to prop up Lennar to develop Hunters Point - when there is a serious fiscal crisis in the City and County of San Francisco and one in the Nation - itself.
Hunters Point is a Superfund Site. It has Depleted Uranium all over the place. Hot Spots of Mercury, Lead, and other very heavy metals that adversely affect the health of all living beings.
The responsibility of the United States Navy is to clean up the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to Residential Standards. The language is clear as laid down in Proposition P. Over eighty seven percent of San Franciscans - approved of it.
Now, Saul Bloom the Director of Arc Ecology who real name is Donald Saleman is pushing for development at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - and endorsing capping the land.
The man gets millions in grants - to do outreach and is paid for other dubious activities that are suspect. Arc Ecology does NO meaningful outreach in the Bayview Hunters Point.
Now, why would we trust a man that has two names. And what is Saul Bloom who is not from the community - doing in a minority community?
And why is this City trying to think that we the community is not aware of this gimmick - using Saul Bloom and his ilk - to destroy our community?
Why is is that we have these kind of jerks like Jesse Blout, Marcia Rosen, Diane Feinstien, Saul Blook aka Donald Saleman - involved in our affairs in the Bayview Hunters Point?
We have a holocaust in the Bayview and the people need help - now.
Our children and elders are being POISONED and no one is saying - anything?
Lennar bombarded the community with heavy metals, radiological elements and other very toxic elements. We have not heard one word from Mayor Gavin Newsom and our so called Representatives on this issue.
Right now people are suffering. What makes the City Fathers think that they can build homes on Hunters Point and that - all will be well?
The present economic crisis has adversely affect the economy of San Francisco and the City's fiscal state of affairs - drastically.
City workers are already deeply concerned about their Pension and 401 K status.
The City's infrastructure is a mess.
The November elections in these tough times are asking the constituents to vote for bond measures linked to the General Hospital, Energy Issues, Pier 70 (a process that has not been brought to the people at large) and many other trivial issues.
The people are not stupid. The time has come to vote NO - on all these stupid bond measures - where some goof balls think they can take the people for granted.
Pier 70 must be cleaned thoroughly - of its toxic contaminants and no hotels must be allowed to be built on Port Land - that is Public Trust Land.
The Burton Act and Maritime Uses must be adhered to. We know the crooks behind this ploy and one Sophie Maxwell who is inept, ignorant, and very arrogant.
Hunters Point Naval Shipyard does NOT need one single house to be built - surrounded by the worst toxic elements. Why build homes in the middle of Chernobyl?

Millions of tons of toxic dirt are buried at Mission Bay - to save money - and no Clean Up was done. This is a well kept secret that everyone must know. Toxic dirt was moved from the high ground and buried in the low ground.
Right now many basements at Mission Bay cannot be used because of toxic fumes and other fungi. Little of this information is given to the public - but the experts can test the soil - right now - the piles cover up and find out for themselves.

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District gave an F for the Air Quality in the Bayview Hunters Point. What is being done to remedy this situation? How many millions of vehicles ply in the Bayview Hunters Point - spewing particulates in the air?
Where are the Power Plants and the Raw Sewage Plant situated if not in the Bayview? Do these plants spew methane gas, other particulates into the air? Who is doing something about this adverse situation?
Where are our colleges, universities, faith based organizations, pro-bono attorneys on this one?
The diesel buses that should not be plying on the streets on the Bayview Hunters Point are now back on the street - so much for MUNI that is going from bad to worse.
We must fully understand the Superfund Site that is the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard must be thoroughly cleaned.
We cannot accept capping on any land at Hunters Point. More so - if Diane Feinstein says so - the senile senator who has passed her prime - must retire and move out of California and into oblivion.
We understand fully the role of the Pacific Heights Mafia - but this time around you have met your match.
This economic crisis was created by the filthy rich. Five percent of these scum bag control our economy. How about taking their profits and putting it into the Peoples Fund of the United States.
As things are today - these jerks get the golden parachutes and the tax payers pay for their misdeeds.
So we have the sinking of Freddy Mac, Fanny Mae, AIG, now Mutual Washing Bank a very large Bank - there is more - in the pipe line.
The toxic financial packages will take months to evaluated. And even when they are evaluated - they will be worthless. Yet, some one must buy these worthless packages - so that this false economy can float for now.
The dollar is worth 3 cents. And the United States Government keeps printing money - billion of it - without any security behind the worthless - paper money.
Greed has its limits - we were already in a recession but we still try to pinch ourselves and say that we are not. It is time we wake up and do right by the majority of the people.
