With intent it poisoned our children and elders. Now, that we had the two Propositions F and G that made to the Ballot Measure - June, 2008. We see that F that spoke about facts, made no promises, and revealed the Truth - is being embraced by all.

Lennar is a Rogue Company that is declaring Bankruptcy left, right, and center.

It has declared bankruptcy in Southern California have wasting millions of dollars belong to the State of California Employees, when CALPERS in their foolishness decided to trust LandSouce and Lennar to make good on their promise. Lennar and LandSource declared - bankruptcy. But. not after wasting millions of CALPERS money and retirement money belong to do many hardworking California State Workers. Wake up California!

The same in Vallejo, California not far from San Francisco - and when some of us went and revealed what was happening in San Francisco - the City Council at Vallejo - realized how Lennar had taken them for a ride.

Lennar has been at Mare Island for over 10 years - and in all the 10 years Lennar has done nothing much.

The City of Vallejo thought that Lennar would complete building thousands of homes and right when the City of Vallejo could reap the benefit - nothing was forthcoming.

There was some dream plan to rake in - Property Taxes of $3000 to $4000 on fancy homes built by Lennar and when you multiply that by say 10,000 homes - the City of Vallejo was counting on the $30 million or so to help them out.

Sadly, nothing has been forthcoming but hot air. Vallejo has declared Bankruptcy and does not have money for bear essentials. The garbage operations need help and vendors are sweating it out - wondering it they will be paid. Firemen and Policemen who once made good money - have taken a pay cut but the pensions that these folks thought would help them when the rainy day came - has seen an early drought that will last forever.

Add to that the present housing glut, lack of buyers and curent fiscal woes - and people are jumping ship and foreclosures in Vallejo and the neighboring counties are increasing by leaps and bounds.

We intend to visit the Vallejo Council and break down the math - and explain in simple terms - what really Lennar is capable of doing - which to be precise is - nothing, nada, ziltch.

There is no company - devious to its very core then Lennar in the whole of the United States of America.

Lennar has with intent adversely impacted thousands. I said that years ago - I said Lennar would SINK in a cesspool of its own making and I see that happening - every single day.

Lennar's Stocks and Shares are rated Triple Junk Bond. Whatever that means - but I know - no one with a right mind will touch the skunk - Lennar.

Lennar will sink in the cesspool of its own making - and take with it all those that have backed it - foremost the Black Sellouts from San Francisco. I have named them before and do not want to name them again and again.

Lennar is rogue company that has blood on its hands.

No one can harm children and our elders and think all will be fine. No way.

We cannot wait in the Bayview Hunters Point community - to drive Lennar out of our community and into Oblivion. Lennar can stay in Florida or go to some other place - but we do not want them in San Francisco.

Lennar spent over $5 million to fight the community and today has no money to pay for some basic necessities.

Lennar had to go begging to the State Community Development asking for $25 million - Lennar did that three times - and all the three times they were turned down.

Lennar is laying off its workers and telling those it promised false hopes - to wait until Lennar sees better times - it will not happen.

How does Lennar expect to wasted CALPERS money and then go before the State of California to beg for money?

Lennar is a shameless - tick infested pariah that will not learn about decency and telling the truth.
