What was represented as a victory for free speech seems to actually be a deal with the DA's office. And there is a stay away order, they just don't have to stay very far away. I've been curious all day about whether it was a hoax, or just an exaggeration.
Please read this article from today's Oakland Tribune. If CodePink sees this as a victory for them, they really aren't paying close enough attention to the facts of the case.
