Over and over the international community has promised genocide will NEVER happen again. Lane Montgomery, photographer with the International Rescue Committee, Americares, and other humanitarian organizations, discusses the role of the international community and the responsibility to protect. She has written Never Again, Again, Again, a photographic essay with text on the major genocides in the 20th and 21st.
