The war to end all wars is only fully over, when the war maching and its manufactury is abolished and dismantled, so the planet can come back to life with all technology in solidarity with the life giving processes called the liberation path. Blockades of counties by Imperialist powers are indeed an act of war, and are so treated in the Geneva Conventions of war, which should be studied and applied by Americans and Canadian people, for they embody the anti-fascist side and were brought into being by the anti-fascist fighters of the second world war, They are as the U.S. constitution explains, the supreme law of the land as international treaties signed on to by the U.S.A. are to be treated as such nationally.

Perhaps it would be simpler to say full freedom and liberation from oppression can really be attained when the non-productive but destructive hi-tech war machine is fully dismantled. GWB has it backwards, that is the war machine must be financed and improved to destroy the planets plants, animals, and peoples, air, land and water, while impoverishing and depressing the green power movement globally. A policy of scrapping the peoples and freeing the war machine. Such failed leadership can never win, as the planet would die in consequence.
