Last we heard Lennar failed tried borrowing $25 million - current projects moth balled
Last we heard Lennar BVHP LLC went to Sacramento, trying to pull a fast one and failed to borrow $25 million. Earlier, they borrowed money to pay consultants like Eric Jaye to fight the Bayview community and Proposition F. So, we hear and it is in the news - Lennar is declaring bankruptcy left, right, and center. Proposition F wanted to build homes for those making less then $90,000 and focus on fifty percent affordable housing. Continue to build fifty percent Market Rate Housing - with the 770 acres that the City is giving Lennar for FREE - having an Equity of over $ 5 Billion.
Not a sound from so called cheap journalist like Heather Knight who did all she could to put Proposition G in the lime light.
The least she could have done is write about the recent bankruptcy linked with Lennar. She even tried bad mouthing the Bay Guardian that has backed Proposition F and the community in the Bayview Hunters Point.
Heather Knight even went out of her way to reveal that the Zionist were in her camp - never mind they are alway exploiting the poor and more in the Southeast Sector.

He has NOT said a word about Lennar and the on going bankruptcy in Vallejo, Southern California, the millions that Lennar wasted of CALPERS money.
Mayor Gavin Newsom has not said a word about the $25 million rejection by the State Community Development Department - not a word. He should speak to the Director of this Department - Lynne Jacobs.
In fact Mayor Gavin Newsom encouraged the City Attorney to aid Lennar to get the $25 million grant from the State - and three time Lennar was turned down.
Now, why would Lennar beg the State of California for a measly $25 million?
Earlier it wasted $5 million - twenty five percent of the $25 million grant money - fighting the community - by fighting Proposition F and losing - when it came to decency and fair play.
Proposition F with just $10 thousand garnered over 45,000 votes and this is a big victory for the people.
Proposition G spent over $5 million and got just 74,000 votes and most of those that voted for Proposition G were Absentee Voters and those that Lennar bought.
Lennar has no intention of helping the community in San Francisco and more families with children.
If you look at the Conceptual Plan at Candlestick Point - there are no facilities for schools, childcare, churches. What Lennar proposed was a Dream Plan that some San Franciscans now realize is a "night mare".
It is a shame the so called drab Main Media - wrote articles because Lennar paid the newspapers. Some say one newspaper got $500,000.
Proposition F could not afford the Television Ads. And, added to that the Zionists that have their eyes on anything - mostly land - joined in to malign the name of the main proponent of Proposition F.
Mayor Gavin Newsom should feel ashamed that he has not said a word about our children and elders suffering in the Bayview Hunters Point - poisoned by Lennar BVHP LLC with intent.

The population of San Francisco is about 760,000. For every 26 constituents we have one City Worker - and most of them make big salaries and live outside San Francisco.
This Mayor has not focused on our Infrastructure.
Every single day million of gallons leach in the ground. Of the nearly 2000 miles of clean water pipes we have in the City of San Francisco - over seventy five percent leak and these pipes are over seventy years old. Go figure!
The current Hetch Hetch project - projected at over $4.6 billion is NOT making headway. Susan Leal did what she could to mess it up - and as things stand - we will be hearing about more failures linked with lack of sound engineering. $4.6 billion is a lot of money - with little Accountability and less Transparency.
We have as we speak over $300 million back log linked to road repairs in San Francisco. Caligula got rid of Fred Abadi a good man and replaced him with jerk that will pussyfoot with the Mayor. The same with the Planning Department.
