In a city where in reality the Asian American population is 50%, mostly Chinese American, the labor history of the Chinese American community is not well known. This is your opportunity to obtain the full picture of the contributions of the Chinese-American workingclass to American labor history. Chinatown in San Francisco is the largest Chinese population of the United States. It has a rich history of labor and workers and this presentation and walk will focus on the history and perspectives of labor in San Francisco. (Participants number is limited to 20.
