This transformative event will include instructions in breathing techniques, guided meditations, Yoga and a Q&A session with His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Founder of Art of Living Foundation (http://www.artofliving.org)

The event is followed by a celebratory singing and chanting each evening. Participants are also welcome to join in the evening celebrations.
