White Supremacist Flyer Posted in Potrero Area/River Street

I saw 2 Nazis on Pacific Ave. One was a skinhead, the other had hair and a mustache, and wore an SS t-shirt. They were near Maple and Pacific Sunday evening.

The guys I saw looked like violent thugs intent on causing trouble. People should be vigilant, and watch out for these guys. That area where the flyers were posted, is near Lumberman's where undocumented workers gather daily for day jobs... People looking for work should be warned, and watch out for attacks from these nazi thugs in the early hours when its still dark.

Yes - on one hand I bet a lot of people would stress that it's important to emphasize that the bulk of serious racists are chameleons who know how to talk and dress acceptably in mixed company, while carrying out racist actions that harm society on the side such as favoring certain races at business or school, when renting apartments, calling the police, picking friends etc.
But overt racist cultures like this are pretty damaging. I would even say that the practice of not tolerating racist speech and jokes, which is often called symbolic 'political correctness', is actually tremendously important for raising less racist children - however uninformed someone might be about the specifics of other cultures. If you have less exposure to racist chatter or signals that suggest that racism is a viable perspective, it is like cognitive therapy where kids don't forge as many pathways in the brain which could allow them to slip into a habit later.

Anyhow, I remember back in the 80s when I was in elementary, and even in the 90s in the Oregon and Washington areas, there were scattered reports of skinheads creating incidents at a bar in town. Many point out that skinheads include a nonracist culture stemming from jamaica?? which emerged in England (there was a black skinhead at my high school). But moving to California later, it has probably been years since I have heard of a local racist skinhead event. Friends have mentioned stuff they encountered in Redding California.
Is it like California is just a different place than these other states, or possibly, there has been a lull during the housing bubble period? When there is a recession like 1991, where it really took until 1995 or later for teens to be able to find decent after-school jobs again, it can totally affect the culture.

My question is, where were these guys during the last few years.
