The Social Justice Committee of BFUU
presents an entry in our Conscientious Projector Film Series, with filmmaker
Karina Epperlein’s "I Will Not Be Sad in This World" (56 Minutes)
Portrait of a 94-year-old Armenian woman who survived the
genocide of her people in 1915.
Our Social Justice Committee has had the privilege
of showing two of Karina's Award Winning
Documentaries "Phoenix Dance" and "Voices from the
Inside", both very moving insightful films on the
human spirit. This film should be no exception.
Karina (producer/director/cinematographer)
will lead a circle discussion after the screening.
