Lennar Urban and the Pacific Heights Mafia spent over $5 million and could muster only 68,000 votes.
Proposition F spent less then $9 thousands and mustered 42,000 votes.
Judging from the response on the street for Proposition F - fraud was committed - because indeed this is a Racist City.
There were too many loop-holes and I was at City Hall watch the skunks make their trips in and out of Room 200.
In other places - gathering information and making the evil machinations - happen.
No one can bluff all the people - all the time - one day TRUTH will hit the enemy when the least expect - and that will be end of the story.
Shame on those that have BLOOD on their hands.

Indeed, the City Hall mobsters that unfortunately run San Francisco were hard at work stuffing the ballot boxes with both fraudulent mail-in ballots and phantom votes on election day.
In my precinct alone, I personally witnessed SF Sheriff's deputies harassing and intimidating voters and poll workers, taking notes
on who voted and who didn't and asking how many "provisional"
(i.e. phantom) ballots had been cast and making "transportation"
arrangements for the ballot boxes to be taken to who knows
where.
These types of SF mafia operations have been going on for decades
in San Francisco and they will continue until the people rise-up and
change the way elections are conducted here.
I say don't give up, challenge the City's EIR, and win there.
Time is on our side. The truth will win out.

I'm not in the area any more, but it was definitely the case that during the 70s and 80s, there were political machines that drove people around from precinct to precinct to vote. Accusations about the Jim Jones cult and Mayor Moscone were the source of anger for some. Lots of 'liberal' politicians in San Francisco are just as corrupt as greedy business candidate machines in Las Vegas or elsewhere. http://www.brasscheck.com/jonestown/pics.html
A couple years ago, the coast guard found ballot boxes in the bay, and the supposed explanation was that the ballot box washers the day after the election happen to have washed them on a dock right next to the bay (of all places?) and they blew in there. Seriously. Like they couldn't pick a regular parking lot to hose these things down, or just use alcohol wipes or damp towels like sane people wanting to clean a box might. And a whole bunch of lids rather than a few all blew in the bay.
