The Labor Council of San Francisco has helped Propostion F is a big way - on to victory.
The Labor Council of San Francisco has sold out on standards and made a pact with the devil itself. Add to ACORN, Local Union 22, the Plumbers Union Local 38, the BVHP Project Area Committee, and the Citizens Advisory Committee to the Shipyard - and you could not have gathered a bunch of worse culprits - all with a dubious history, less integrity, and totally out of sync with San Franciscans and decent folks that want to do the right thing with Affordable Housing.
Tim Paulson has for the longest time ever - made his nest at San Francisco City Hall - moving in and out of the SF Board of Supervisors offices - making dubious deals.
We tested him with the Apartment Investment Management Company (AIMCO) contract and he failed. He failed to support the carpenters because he had made a deal with AIMCO.
The carpenters hired by AIMCO and under the jurisdiction of Local 22 - defrauded the carpenters. We had a hearing on this issue at City Hall - and missing from the equation was the Labor Council and of course the weasel - Tim Paulson.
Tim purports to have studied Proposition F and found it not to his liking - but does he have the minimal comprehension to read Proposition F. I doubt it.
Lennar has no intention of building any homes - it simply does not have the money. More, it cannot be trusted. All over the Nation - Lennar has made promises, created Limited Liability Corporations (LLC) - and when it is hot in the kitchen - jumped ship.
The weasel Kofi Bonner knows this. The African Americans that sued Lennar in San Francisco - know this - one was a Benefits Manager, another the Project Manager - other know this. I have folks who worked for Lennar and feed me all the pertinent information I need.
Lennar has no money - is borrow money - and is a sinking ship - it will drown in a cesspool of its own making.

I never saw this man, Angelo King attend one single Disposition and Development meeting linked to the Parcel A. At times when I met this man - he had no clue about Environmental Issues - no clue what so ever. To day he is a Commissioner on the SF Commission on the Environment.

The Citizens Advisory Committee to the Shipyard - is the same committee that has put hundreds of Artists on the Shipyard in harms way.
The Artists on the Hunters Point Shipyard - have been exposed to heavy metals, dangerous particulates, radiological elements. Many artists have died from cancer.
The Citizens Advisory Committee - with intent has allowed the Artists on the Hunters Point Shipyard to the exposed to dangerous elements - adversely affecting their health. The CAC bears responsibility for this crime on the innocent - artists.
The San Francisco Organizing Project (SFOP) has not said a word about our children being poisoned by now has joined Lennar. Much the same as it begs for money from the Bill Gates Foundation - and does nothing much in San Francisco.
SFOP has not participated in any major process linked to Parcel A and the Planning of the Bayview Hunters Point. But, it has chosen to make a deal behind close doors with Lennar.
The Candlestick Plan proposed by Lennar BVHP LLC is a conceptual plan. It lacks the following:
1. An Environmental Impact Study.
2. Has no mandated Fiscal Analysis by the SF City and County of San Francisco.
3. Has no Transportation Document.
4. Has not embraced the Samoans, Asians, White, Blacks, other decent folks in its planning
process. None of them are on the decision making table.
5. Does not address liquefaction, global worming and climate changed - impacts to the area -
in and around Candlestick Point.
6. Fails to even mention Cumulative Pollution - Candlestick Point is next to a Superfund Site.
7. Panders to the Pacific Heights Mafia and now the SF Labor Council and ACORN.
8. Fails to incorporate a pending Court Decision linked to the 33,200 signatures against
the SF Redevelopment Agency - and now waiting for a major decision - the issue the
SF Redevelopment Agency failed to consult all of San Francisco in Expanding and taking
over hundreds of acres and incorporating the land - at a Project Area.
9. Representative of the BVHP PAC, the CAC to the Shipyard are all hand picked by the
Mayor who works closely with the Pacific Heights Mafia. Spin and Media have been used
to fight the people.
10. Proposition F is the voice of the people. Give us the 700 acres of land and the $5 Billion of
equity and we will come with a plan. We do not want a rogue company - like Lennar to
come into our living rooms and rearrange our furniture.

The same man that helped CALPERS invest over $2.6 billion is a Land Banking deal with Lennar and other entities. When CALPERS lost over $200 million - they put out their investment.
Lennar Stocks and Shares - are rated today as Junk Bond. Yet, the SF Labor Council has chosen to back Lennar and work against San Franciscans.
Lennar first promised rental units on Parcel A at Hunters Point - and then amendment the DDA to see that this element linked to rental units was removed.
Lennar with intent clear cut over 400 mature trees. It did not take one single permit to cut these trees. San Francisco and Mayor Gavin Newsom brags we are a Green City. One mature tree is worth over $70,000 in term of its role in reducing air pollution.
Lennar with intent did not follow the Dust Mitigation Plan. It poisoned our children and elders.
Lennar has been cited numerous times with Notices of Violations (NOVs) - by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD). The San Francisco Health Department.
Lennar was fined by the California Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA).
This rogue company will look at you in the eye and lie.
It is a shame at this late juncture that the SF Labor Council, SFOP, ACORN, Local 22 and Local 38, the BVHP PAC, the CAC to the Shipyard, other dubious entities all in desperation have joined together to oppose Proposition F.
Proposition F is doing well - and will win - big time.
Really speaking - all we need is Fifty One percent. We will win by over Seventy Percent. The reason is simple - God is on our side.
