Yoshi's Jack London Square - free student tickets available Yoshi's Jack London Square and Michael Zilber present A CARLABRATION! a musical and comic extravaganza to celebrate the life and work of singer and solo performe College of Marin Teacher Carla Zilbersmith. Carla was recently diagnosed with ALS a.k.a. Lou Gehrig's Disease. Zilbersmith's solo show, "Wedding Singer Blues," ran at the Coronet and Hayworth Theatres in 2006 and was described as "bitingly funny" by the LA Weekly. The LA Times called her "a strong-voiced find with a knack for spot-on characterizations that recalls Lily Tomlin.
