County Fair Building (Hall of Flowers), 9th Avenue at Lincoln Way, just inside Golden Gate Park.

A panel of scientists and other experts will talk about the USDA/CDFA plan to spray pesticides from airplanes over San Francisco. The panel will discuss spraying, its possible health effects, and why the moth isn't the agricultural energency the CDFA (California Department of Food and Agriculture) is making it out to be. Among the panelists will be UC entolmologist Dr. James Carey, Stacia Lansman M.D., and farmer John Russo. State Seantor Carole Migden will talk about attempts to block spray plans with legislation at the state level. There will be time for the public to ask questions and make comments.
