Pacts and MOUs falling by the way side - Lennar reneges with evil bait and switch ploys.

The Tabernacle Group consisting of some dubious pastors - supposedly men of the "cloth" have been use as "rags" no pun intended by the Rogue - Lennar Corporation.

Recently, some members of the Tabernacle Group have been making statements - they have seen the writing on the wall. But, we told them a long time ago - never trust a Rogue Company.

If you sit down and make a pact with the devil - there is no doubt you will burn - the devil loves to take you places and then when you least expect it - you can burnt.

The poor pastors are holding a candle in their hands and their pants have fallen to their ankles! They are not only exposed by disposed off like "dirty rags" used and discarded forever.

First Lennar reneged on the rental apartments that was incorporated in the Disposition and Development Agreement liked to Parcel A.

This, should have sent a signal - but fools that have their head buried in the sand - like the famous ostrich - can smell what they can - within the narrow jurisdiction and surrounded by corruption.

Then Lennar clear cut over 400 mature trees without any permits. Remember, we are a Green City - San Francisco. Mayor Gavin Newsom says that all the time - but it the primary host of Lennar - Lennar fills his campaign coffers.

Then, Lennar with intent bombarded our children and Elders with poison - heavy metals, radiological elements, Asbestos fibers - and the lists goes on.

Lennar - bought Regulatory Agencies and of course the prime suspects and partners in crime the San Francisco Health Department. One Rajiv Bhatia and Mitch Katz.

The Community Benefits Funds has dwindled to nothing - right now it is only the words that remain on some paper - but not cent in the kitty! Stopping pussy footing around Lennar - you are anathema.

So, Lennar came up with an idea - more foreign then moving to Mars and building a colony there over night using Fedex as transportation.

Lennar - promised an African Market - for the few sold out Blacks that have no clue where Africa is - and less how many countries are contained in the African Continent.

If Nigeria is the only Country you are thinking about - and the few that hail from it and make their abode in San Francisco - the likes of Linda Richardson and Toye Moses - then - God have mercy on our souls.

The African Market is a bubble burst and gone - finito.

Lennar has failed the community and must leave. The lengthy Disposition and Development (DDA) document is a farce. If Jesse Blout were here - he too would have to admit it. Of course the man behind the farce and the fiasco and corruption that Lennar is famous for - Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr.

Willie Brown brought Lennar to San Francisco and to this day is on their pay roll.

Willie L. Brown Jr. stacked the Citizens Advisory Committee and saw to it that forty meetings were held in a month to push for the fake Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) linked to Parcel A and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - and which has been a failure.

The former Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr. must be held responsible - and so Jesse Blout, Marcia Rosen,
all the key members of the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - that sold out the community and cause so harm harm to our children and Elders.

The current CAC and especially its current Chair - is a joke the woman has no clue what she is representing and more not being from the community. She has no business being there as Chair. Time will tell.

For the longest time ever the Bayview Hunters Point Community has been tricked - promises made but never, ever kept.

Scum bags the kind that sit on the CAC not all of them - but most of them - with little knowledge pretend they know what is happening - but as you can imagine the blind leading the blind - over the precipice and falling to their doom.

The Artists at Hunters Point have been exposed to the worst toxins and claim that they just found out they were living in the middle of Chernobyl.

Scott Madison who represented them - now, does not know how to help the artists - that have been asked to leave their work-live spaces.

Some of them have been given short eviction notices - and once you get these notices - you are history.

The Artists have been pretending that they have been helping the cause of Artists - but they have not. The Artists in this case have not worked with the community - pretending to be some elitists colony of creators - that will pay dearly for their misdeeds.

Artists normally are the conscience of any community - but in this case - I am very sorry to state the Artists at Hunters Point - have failed humanity and must repent for their misdeeds.

I know at least two artists for sure that have died from cancer. No one in their family had cancer. I know this for a fact - have met with the concerned Artists and Michael Cohen way back in 2000 at City Hall in room 201.

This City bears full responsibility for the death of the artists and putting others in harms way.

Lennar is the same - adversely impacts thousands and using the statutes of limitation to get away with murder. But, this time around we have lots of documentation to get Lennar and will have many of them sent to jail - for a long, long time.

In the interim there will be more revealed much like what the present Tabernacle Group is experiencing - bottom line - never ever trust the many weasels that work for Lennar.

The three Blacks that sued Lennar and won - can vouch for what I am saying - one was a Project Manager and the other the Benefits Manager - the third knew more then Lennar could dream about.

Bottom line they took Lennar to court and proved that Lennar Urban were scum bags of the worst order.

Today, many agree but we knew this years ago - once you see a skunk and the stench it leaves - you learn how one must never, ever to be close to anything that resembles a skunk - especially the type that says - Lennar.

We want Lennar out of our community - now.
