Lennar keeps sinking and drowing in a cesspool of its own making - daily spreading lies.
Lennar has now used the Sun Reporter to fabricate disinformation on population figures - stating boldly that the Blacks are on the increase in San Francisco. The opposite is true. Once over thirty percent of San Francisco consisted of Blacks - today, Blacks are less then five percent. In the Bayview Hunters Point with INTENT - this Racist City has been depopulating thousands of Blacks. The plan is to wipe out an entire community - and replace it with folks that do not live there - now. Behind this scheme our Representatives at City Hall, the Mayor's Office Room 200, the Speaker of the House and the Mother of Water Boarding. Go figure.
Recently, Mayor Gavin Newsom came out with some fabrication that has the Nation laughing about how low a Scum Bag will stoop to Spin some news and make headlines.
Mayor Gavin Newsom is fully convinced that he has been taken for a ride by the 2000 Census that had its math all wrong - it failed to count over 100,000 folks. Yes, a hundred thousand folks in San Francisco.
So, now he wants the money - to tide over the over $400 million and growing deficit this City and County of San Francisco is facing. He wants it from the Federal Government.
Never mind the Mayor wasted over $1 million on the Olympic Torch - a $725,000 dent that will further hinder the lousy service MUNI is providing to local riders. The buses stink and are never cleaned. I hope Nathaniel Ford pays deed - and cleans the buses.
Dirty and filthy buses are a Health and Safety issues. The Department of Transportation must take note of this - hazardous situation.
The last frontier is found in the Bayview Hunters Point. Once this land belonged to the Muwekma Ohlone - and it was stolen from them.
Mayor Gavin Newsom wants to give over 700 acres worth over $5 Billion dollars for free to a Rogue Company call Lennar - without any public input.
There is no Environmental Impact Report, no Economic Analysis mandated by City Ordinance, no Transportation Document. The land is prone to liquefaction and Global Warming. Large areas flood with it rains - and experts predict flooding with the Bay will play its trick.
Lennar has no money and its Stock and Shares are rated Triple Junk Bond status. So, why does this City consider it Kosher to do business with a Rogue Company who has a track record - building homes on toxic sites on over the Nation.
In one case a school and homes were built on land that had live ordinances. Bombs!
In 1858 California passed a law where all Blacks then called Negroes had to wear a collar. A law was passed where the Court could not attest to any testimony of a Black. Hundreds of Blacks left San Francisco for Canada to fight for their right and live as decent human beings.
In Canada these Blacks enjoyed full Rights compete with running some towns and schools. Some become public figures - including becoming Mayors.
In San Francisco some Blacks have no clue about History. They have no clue that until 1924 - edicts went out to kill Native Americans. A scalp could fetch you five dollars. The laws are still on the books - but no one wants to talk about it.
It is only recently that Blacks were given some rights. The SF Human Rights Commission was established in the early sixties in San Francisco - not too long ago in the Bayview Hunters Point.
Today, the Bayview Hunters Point is worse off then it was fifty years ago.
People live in despicable conditions. Crime is on the increase. And still some Black pastors, other sell outs and I have mentioned them all - continue to pander to a Racist Mayor - Mayor Gavin Newsom.
Shame of them all - they have blood on their hands. While all the time our children are dying.
How can educated Blacks folks and the public in general continue to listen to the lies that Mayor Gavin Newsom propagates without impunity? This man is a liar.
Never mind he slept with his best friends wife. Never mind he flew to Hana, Hawaii while the Bay was polluted with toxic bunker oil and needed his presence.
Never mind that for every 26 residents - one SF City Employee is employed - most of them living outside San Francisco. The services provided to the constituents of San Francisco continue to be worse off - but that does not bother Caligula.
The SF Human Rights Commission once brought out the Unfinished Agenda and it sits on the shelves collecting toxic dust. The Unfinished Agenda speaks to the plight of Blacks in San Francisco - complete with solution - but, no one is paying deed.
Now, under Mayor Gavin Newsom the Out Migration Report - has stats contrary to the misinformation that Mayor Gavin Newsom is spreading belittling the 2000 census report - but it does not surprise those in the know - about the stupid fellow that make his abode in Room 200 at City Hall. Time will tell.

Only a fool will fall for such nonsense. If you want to see what the City is capable of around Candlestick Point - go check the roads, the Candlestick Stadium in very poor condition, the half-treated sewage stinking from damaged WEIRS.

The City covers the raw sewage with woods chips - but it would not do this - if it was in the Pacific Heights area. Of course the Pacific Heights Mafia - deserve better.
Mayor Gavin Newsom must go stick his nose and get a reality check. There is only so much of Spin that can be condoned - fooling the people. One cannot fool all the people all the time.
The City wants to handover over 700 acres to a Rogue Company - Lennar.
The land is worth about $5 Billion. Lennar will use it as EQUITY to do more damage.
It is convinced that as the fox in the hen house - it can do what it wants. What with a fool like Mayor Gavin Newsom - in charge of affair - and Darius in charge of his present and future - campaign coffers.
We the people of Bayview may not have a million dollars to spend on a simple initiative as Lennar did. We may not have the blood money to buy the mostly Black sell outs. I have named them before.
We make not cater to the Zionists that think they can have their hey day, our property, and make money. Time will tell.
We do have a Spiritual Movement - that embraces - all , except the crooks that know to stay away from us. We recognize a cesspool and know to stay away from such a putrid situation.

We will fight for fifty percent affordable housing and abating all of the land that is polluted.
