Crime is on the increase - Health and Safety consideration neglected and the people adversely impacted. We get no help from the San Francisco Health Department. Now, they want to close down Saint Luke's hospital.

Why would anyone - in their right mind - have a Rogue Company - like Lennar develop any land?

Lennar has sold thousands of inferior built homes in Florida - forty cents on a dollar.

Sold homes below cost in Southern California to raise money.

Lennar's Stock and Shares are pathetic - rated as Triple Junk Bonds - today.

Lennar plans to take possession of over 700 acres at Candlestick Point - and leverage it as Equity to make money. It has no intention to build - but it will divide the land in parcels - much as the Catelus Corporation executed at Mission Bay.

James Queen, Archbishop Franzo King, Minister Christopher Muhammad, Pastor Joe from the Samoan Community, Pastor Santana from the Latino Community, Sister Alica, Sister Leverne, Dean Leon Muhammad, Mary and Willie Ratcliff, Brother Marks, Brother Miles - hundreds of others cannot be bought and will fight Lennar till we run Lennar out of our community.

We are educated on issues and are not ignorant like Sophie Maxwell who could NOT stand in to defend Proposition G at one Potrero Hill endorsement meeting. I challenge to debate her on Propostion G - the fake language, the vague promises, and the lies contained in this Propostion that would not fly - in any decent City and town - it flies here because of the Pacific Heights Mafia.

But, check this out Sophie Maxwell is not from the Bayview Hunters Point - she is a transplant from the Haight Ashbury Area and feels comfortable with that clique and mentality and does not serve our people.

Lennar came into the Bayview Hunters Point and using one Roy Wills - paid thugs and others to do the dirty work. Lennar is a corrupt company.

Today it has an Aaron Goldsmith, a Marvel Palzone, others that no one knows about. Transplants from some muddy waters - spreading corruption.

You see some of them hovering around - spread lies and they really feel like fish out of water. There is only so much money can buy - but, what these folks do not understand is that they have blood on their hands. Every single day they are harming our children, our Elders while performing EVIL deeds for Lennar.

As quickly as Lennar has hired them - they will dump them. But, in the interim I want to remind them - they contributed to the death of our children and Elders. Let them not forget that - for one single second.

Johnnie Carter acts as Lennar's Facilitator on the Endorsement Circuit - if this is NOT a joke I do not know what is. I have debated the Brother - who I love and talk to as a friend - but, give me a break!

Then you have poor Michael Cohen - he is the Director of the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce. He is putting himself through some rigor - trying to serve his corrupt Master - Gavin Newsom a loser. A man that has no moral compass - and destroy a family - that of Alex Trouk - who now works for Lennar because he needs the money.

I first met Michael Cohen around 1999 - I have been involved with Hunters Point through the Presidio of San Francisco since - 1988.

We met over the Artist Colony at Hunters Point - and now once again there is some disturbance in the hornet's nest - but this time the bees will not fly away from the target. You cannot fool - all the people all the time.

So, Michael Cohen who is a novice cannot debate me on sound issues. He thinks he has some information but I know where the skeletons are hidden.

For God's sake Depleted Uranium is all over the Hunters Point Shipyard. There is a 15 acre site - closer to Candlestick Point - that the Navy is afraid to touch. It will cost Billions to clean it up.

Yet, some folks are trying to compare Parcel E and the shoreline at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to Crissy Field. I heard one stupid woman make that remark at the Coalition of San Francisco Neighborhoods - yesterday.

Right now Lennar has a conceptual plan - like a dream plan - you wake up from the dream and mostly meet your worst night mare.

I cannot imagine the idiots who fall for Lennar and the blatant slick lies they are spreading with their - disinformation using the photographs of the Mother of Water Boarding - Diane Feinstein - and that is a prime example. No one in their right mind trust her in San Francisco and NO one will vote for her.

Especially the demographics - age group 18 years to 38 years. We have polled this group and they will support Ballot Measure F. F stands for Fortitude and our Future.

At Candlestick Point there are over 80 toxic hot spots that the City and County has not clean up.
Just think about this fact - now, imagine what this City can promise - when it has no money. We cannot trust Lennar to do anything right - it has failed next door on Parcel A that is the only parcel conveyed to the City that transferred it to SF Redevelopment - who is turn gave the Rogue Company Lennar - a long lease.

Check Candlestick Stadium and see for yourself what our City is capable of. The worst maintenance of any stadium in the entire Nation.

Look at the roads leading in and out of Candlestick Point - those that come under the jurisdiction of the City and County of San Francisco - and see things for yourself.

Right now on Candlestick Point we have Conceptual Plan that caters to $800,000 to $1,500,000 condos - we have lots of them - no one want to buy them in San Francisco.

No one is buying the condos at Executive Park - they are now being rented with many incentives.

And all the Bull that Lennar will spend $1.5 Billion for Infrastructure - if this is not a joke I do not know what is. Lennar want the land for Land Banking. It will divide the land to others - and like Catelus get lost - with victims holding the bag.

As for the WorkForce and City Build - take one look at Apartment Investment Management Company (AIMCO) - the job there leading one shooting and death, hundreds of assaults, dividing the community, pitying Latinos versus Blacks, blatant discrimination, says it all. This case of AIMCO gives us an insight of the future and this City more this corrupt Mayor, Gavin Newsom.

For God's sake we are in a recession and there are thousands of homes that have fallen prey to sub-prime loans - over two thousands within one mile of Candlestick Point. The world know that - but not Michael Cohen, Mayor Gavin Newsom and of course the dumb and inept Sophie Maxwell.

Proposition F demands fifty percent affordable housing.

We want hard working people in the Service Industry and like occupations Nurses, Fire Fighters, those in the Computer Field to stay in San Francisco and enjoy Quality of Life Issues in decent homes.

We can build them - just like we built them before - the City has nothing to show linked to Affordable Housing in the last 15 years - on a large scale - 20,000 homes.
