Attend Press Conference and State Hearing this Wednesday 4/16 to STOP THE SPRAY!

by Dan Bacher
A major press conference and hearing at the State Capitol regarding five bills that address aerial
spraying of pesticides for the Light Brown Apple Moth will be held on Wednesday, April 16.
Hi Everyone,

This Wednesday, April 16, there will be a major press conference and
hearing at the State Capitol regarding five bills that address aerial
spraying of pesticides for the Light Brown Apple Moth. As we are trying
to see how we can piggyback on these bills in order to obtain greater
influence on the West Nile virus aerial spraying, it would be good for as
many people as possible to attend this hearing in support of these bills.
Please see below or call Paul at 551-1883, for additional details.

Note: Also, tomorrow, Tuesday, April 15 there is another hearing on the
raw milk situation. Pictures will be at 1:30 on west steps of Capitol
building and testimony begins at 3:00 p.m. Call 1-877-RAW MILK for more
information. (It looks as if they are hoping to have hundreds if not a
thousand attendees at this landmark hearing.)
