Colombian Army Units Accused of Killing Peasants

Monday, April 14, 2008 : Human rights groups say nearly a thousand Colombian civilians have been executed during the army's six-year offensive against FARC rebels. Some rogue army units are accused of executing civilians and dressing them up in rebel uniforms so they can be counted as rebels killed in battle.

I saw something similar on allvoices. What i don't get is why are we moving forward with the trade deal when the government we support is killing innocent people?
